5404 Long Beach Blvd is located in BRANT BEACH. This 1400 sf contemporary New Construction rental features high ceilings and tons of light, large kitchen, 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The units are laid out for reverse living with the two main bedrooms (each with Queen sized beds), two full sized baths and laundry on the lower level. The Upper level has an open kitchen/living area, a powder room and a third smaller bedroom with bunks beds (Full over Full). There are multiple smaller deck/balcony spaces and a huge luxurious roof deck with breathtaking sunrise/sunset views. The property is only 8 houses to the beach and 2 blocks to the bay in Brant Beach.

Brant Beach is a one of the narrower sections of the island, so we are situated SO close to both the Beach and the Bay. It’s definitely one of the quieter and least crowded sections of the Island but it’s still so close to shops, restaurants and fun! The house about a mile from the Acme (grocery store), Ice cream shops and we are close enough to the beach (short 3 minute walk) that you can easily make a quick pit stops back to the house if need be for bathroom, naps, lunch and restocking beverages during your beach days. We are right at the intersection of 54th and Long Beach Blvd with a traffic light and crosswalk/sidewalks so crossing to the Beachside is simple and safe. Evenings can be spent on the huge roof-top deck overlooking the amazing Barnegat Bay sunsets and Boat Watching on the Intercoastal Waterway.

If you’ve never been to Long Beach Island you will fall in love instantly.
Long Beach Island is a barrier island 18 miles long off the coast of New Jersey. At its widest point it is about half a mile wide and at its narrowest only a couple blocks. This shore point is known to be a quant family-friendly destination with beautiful white sandy beaches. Sun, Fun and Relaxation all in one spot. There is something for everyone. The Beaches are beautiful and not over-crowded, there are waterparks and amusement rides, amazing restaurants and Ice Cream parlors. Plenty of entertainment like the Surflight Theater, Showplace, Miniature Golf, Rides/Games, and of course great shopping!

Parking: There is room for two parking spots out front of each unit plus as many parking spaces as you need within the side streets of 54th and Kirkland Ave.

Distance to Beach: 8 short houses to the Beach (about a 3 min walk) and we are at a streetlight with a cross walk!

Sleeping Accommodations: Two main bedrooms each with Queen Beds. The Master has a full bathroom attached. Second Full bath is off the main hall. Third smaller bedroom is on the Upper level with a Full over Full bunk bed (potentially sleeps 4). There is another half bath across from this bedroom. All bedrooms have TVs, cable lines and Wi-Fi access. The living room has a Modular Sectional couch that can be easily arranged for sleeping use (potentially sleeping 2 additional)
Kitchen: Full Kitchen offers a large 36” Side by Side refrigerator with ice maker, Stove/Range, Microwave, Dishwasher. Kitchen stocked with all the equipment and utensils you need to cook and dine in. Coffee machine, blender, toaster, griddle, pots/pans, bottle openers

During the season check-in day is Saturday at 2PM and check-out is Saturday 10AM. We do not make any exceptions. We also do not allow any early check-ins or late check-outs as we are not a hotel with an on-site staff.
While we are avid dog lovers, we cannot allow pets under any circumstances (including service or small dogs) to avoid issues with guests having allergies.
We do not rent daily between July and Labor Day. During the off season, we have a three (3) night minimum.
Yes, we offer long weekend and short holiday rentals as long as your stay is outside the July to Labor Day period.
Monthly season rentals are for the entire October to mid-May time frame only. Tenant pays 2 months rent in advance, and also absorbs owner's cost of power, natural gas, WIFI and cable TV services.
