Description

Our duplex is one house from the ocean with easy access to the beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to restaurants, shops and amusements. Fantasy Island in the middle of Beach Haven is one mile away. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the bay side just 4 short blocks away. Bay side swimming for children near by. Our first floor unit is at ground level, so no flight of stairs to climb. It features a large enclosed porch and a patio. Central air-conditioning. We have been renting this unit for 20 years and stared using VRBO a few years ago. We are switching to VRLBI so that our guests are not obliged to pay fees and the "airbnb tax." Details: First floor of two story house a few blocks north of Beach Haven. One king bed, one queen bed and two singles plus a queen-size sofa bed. Wireless internet. TV, cable, DVD/VCR; second TV in bedroom. Central A/C. Large, enclosed porch with a ceiling fan. Washer/dryer in utility room shared with second floor guests. Outside showers. Gas grill. Patio tables and chairs. Blankets and pillows are provided, but you bring linens and towels. Parking for two cars; additional parking on street. Please, no pets. Check-in at 2pm, checkout by 11am. Our happy place

We have been coming here for 3 years in a row, and absolutely love this house. The location simply cannot be better. The house is spacious, there's a great outdoor space and showers, and the house comes equipped with everything you'd need for your stay. We can't wait to come back next summer!

Relaxing and perfect location!

My family truly enjoyed our week on LBI! This home (first floor) has everything you need, is very clean, and it's close proximity to the beach left us spoiled. We'd rent it again in the future! :)
