Great experience

The home was exactly as pictured and described. Cable and internet worked perfectly. Washer and dryer was super convenient. The owner provided everything needed in the kitchen. Proximity to beach and bay was convenient. Very enjoyable week.

Great Location

We loved being so close to the beach. The location was great. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We only cooked in 2 nights but the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

The only downside was the air conditioning. Some rooms were freeing while others were warm. At times, there was a 10 degree difference between the master bedroom and the kitchen/living room.

Great house, great location!

We had a great week in this house! It's location is great, just a short walk to the beach. In addition, the house is nice with a big open living area, comfortable couches, and a really nice kitchen! The Master bathroom has a really good shower! The owner, Mike, made sure we knew he would be available if needed. Overall great spot!

Nice house but beach badges missing somehow

This house is nice. We had a nice time. We left our beach badges in the counter when we left and then were told that they were not there and needed to pay $160 for them. Owner is nice and responsive but frustrating to have to pay more when we already paid so much.

Very nice!

We enjoyed our stay at this property on Long Beach Island. There was a minor glitch with the central AC and this was quickly remedied by the owner. The place is roomy and the kitchen and living area very well appointed. We spent a lot of time at the beach, which is maybe 50 yards from the house. I would have no problem recommending this property to friends or relatives.

Another Great Year

This was our second year staying at this property. What more can a reviewer say than that. We loved it the first year we stayed, and that was enough to return for another year. We're already planning to return again in 2015. The owner is exceptionally nice and, when there was a problem with the outside shower, he hopped in his car and drove from his home to the property and made sure it was fixed within 24 hours of our call! The "issue" was that the outside-shower door came apart due to age. This really wasn't an issue because there is a shower curtain inside the shower area, so it was still usable. We didn't ask/demand that it be fixed, but the owner is so conscientious, he personally came to fix it (he wanted our experience to be unmarred).

Like I said, what more can you ask for?
