Description

This spacious, neat and clean single family home is located in a family friendly neighborhood and is large enough for two families to share with comfort. It is a quick and easy drive on and off the island. It is Located on South 1st Street, just a short walk to a children’s playground, tennis courts, ball field and city boat ramp. The beach is a 5 minute two block walk away.

This home offers roomy front deck for enjoying your morning coffee or sunsets with a refreshing beverage. Bedrooms upstairs include large master bedroom with king size bed and second bedroom that has a single bed with a bunk that is a single top with a full bottom. Downstairs bedrooms have queen, two twins and back bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has its own AC unit comfort. Will sleep (10) ten adults with no problem. There is a three quarter bath upstairs and a full bath plus powder room downstairs. All bathrooms have been renovated. Home also has a full size laundry room with washer and dryer. The back patio has outdoor dining with umbrella and there is a large outdoor shower and off street parking for at least four cars.

Great Week in Surf City

My family and friends had a great time in Surf City.! Brian was an excellent host who provides everything you need including beach badges, beach chairs and bicycles. The beach is a short walk from his house . Playgrounds and basketball courts are also nearby. The house provided alot of room and had everything we needed including an excellent outdoor shower and patio with 2 tables. A washer and dryer is also available for use. Thank you again Brian.

Feels like home

Brian is a very gracious host. He has thot of everything to make our stay perfect. Very spacious for family and friends, plenty of perfect bikes and an outside shower that was so very refreshing. He gave us so much more than a house to gather in but instead a place to make precious memories and we are so very grateful. Thank you Brian!! Coming back, Lord willing, next season for multiple weeks.

Surf City gem

We have rented from Brian for several summers now. This beach house is ideal fur a large family if us fully equipped including bikes and beach chairs. It is a short walk to either the Beach or the Bay. You will not be disappointed Surf City has a lot to offer and is simply a short bike ride to most attractions.
We have rebooked again for next Summer!

Perfect Family Rental

This house was perfect for our family vacation! Brian was a great owner to rent from and very easy to reach with any questions. The house had everything you could need, including beach gear, bikes, grills, and all kitchen supplies. It was a great location on a quiet street and easy walk to the beach and playground. Plenty of space for all our kids and adults. The outside shower was a great bonus to wash off sand from the beach. We would rent this house again in the future!
