Description
An updated, very comfortable, oceanside 4 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathrooms with an outside shower and central air conditioning. Saunter down the road to the clean, guarded ocean beach, which is a 3-minute walk away. The quaint yet spacious home has an open living room/kitchen design made for the entire family to enjoy each other. Cable TV, internet, and a Blu-Ray DVD player are installed and ready to use for your viewing pleasure. Additionally, Netflix, Pandora, and Hulu are available for sign-in. Take in the sun rays on the second-floor deck, complete with 2 small coffee tables and chairs. The deck is off the south bedroom and connects with stairs leading to the fenced-in backyard. The backyard has a ground deck with a lovely Ramada. There is a large, metal coffee table surrounded by cushioned chairs and a couch. An electrical outlet is located on the Ramada post for all types of needs. Enjoy your favorite music from the outdoor speakers. There are two additional, outdoor dining tables with enough room to accommodate the whole family for a flavorsome, outdoor meal. Four bikes, two beach chairs, and five beach badges are included with the house.
The property is a comfortable stroll, 10 short blocks, to Bay Village, the town shopping center, and Fantasy Island, a family-oriented amusement park. The house is in a very family-friendly, quiet neighborhood. A walk to the Dairy King ice cream parlor. For a change of pace, spend the day at the Bay Beach just two blocks away.
Take a simple bike ride over to Victorian Beach Haven to enjoy the weekly concert under the gazebo in the Town Square. On a warm summer evening, explore the many shops around town, or try the selection of diverse restaurants scattered throughout.

Policies
50% due upon the signing of the Lease. Balance of (50%) plus $500.00 security deposit due two weeks before the starting date of the lease. Balance received after deadline must be made in cash or certified funds.”
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
