This fantastic 2,100+ sq. ft. immaculate beach house is just the place to create lasting memories! Our home features a very large & open floor plan with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. This home is only a short 0.2 mile walk to the beach. Also, close to the bay beach which has a playground for kids to enjoy. The first floor has an amazing open concept with a large living room which also has a table that seats four. Great for card night! The over-sized kitchen has seating for eight. There is a half bath as well as a laundry room on this level. You also have double doors leading out to a beautiful deck and plenty of yard space with an outdoor shower. The second floor has two Queen Master suites with full baths. There are two other bedrooms each with a set of twin beds. Then to top it off, the final bedroom boasts of a twin top full bottom bunk bed with twin trundle. The second level also has a full bath as well as linen closet. The rental includes central air, dishwasher, microwave, large screen TV in living room, TV's in two bedrooms, and WiFi included. There is off street parking for up to 4 cars. We offer 8 beach badges and the house fits 12 comfortably. This house is in a great location close to many restaurants, shops and family entertainment.

Just what we needed
I’ve been going to LBI for 50 years rented many properties
Dealing with real estate agents etc is a real hassle. The ease of using home away is great just make your payments then go right to the property and enjoy your vacation
Linda “owner” was fantastic to deal with she provided quick responses to all of our questions always delivered on what she said
The house is perfect for a family getaway

Perfect Beach Getaway
The house is spacious and well stocked!! Short walk to the beach! We were a family of 9 and fit comfortably and the large backyard allowed us to host the big extended family BBQ one night. Loved having 3 1/2 baths and loved the Ship Bottom location! Early check in was a bonus!!! Loved everything about this house!!

A perfect week in LBI!
My family and friends enjoyed this house during our stay. The house was extremely clean, very large open concept and exactly like the pictures. We parked our car for the week and walked everywhere. Beach, shops, restaurants, Wawa, Cvs, ice cream etc.
The owner is happy to assist with any questions and was a pleasure to work with! We will definitely be back!

Great week at this beach house!
Our entire family (8 adults, 2 children) all had a great time. House was clean with plenty of room to accommodate all of us. Beautiful wide beach is only a short walk away. Our only complaint was the mattresses need an upgrade. Other than that it was perfect!

Beautiful, clean, spacious home
Beautiful house. Nicely decorated. Extremely clean. Great location. The outdoor shower was a huge hit. From the grandparents to the grandchildren, everyone had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful home away from home!
Very spacious property in a great location. The house is a few blocks from the beach and right in the middle of the island so it is close to everything. It was very clean and the open floor plan was perfect.
