Description
Come stay at our Oceanside oasis, in the heart of BEACH HAVEN! We are located just 5 houses from the beach on a quiet historic street! We are a great family retreat with all the amenities in a reverse living home. Walk into paradise in the backyard and relax on the hammock, enjoy a game of ping-pong or just float in the pool (12x26) We just installed a gas line grill and new pool side furniture with a picnic table for the family. Let's not forget the outside shower.
Enjoy the outside, or the basement where the kids can hangout or chill and watch tv. The second floor has a family area to watch TV with 2 queen beds and a bunk bed, a trundle and a twin size bed. The covered porch is a great escape from the sun to read or just sit and listen to the ocean. The top floor of the house you have the kitchen, dining area, and outside eating patio and the master bedroom plus a bath and a half. Our roof deck is the perfect sunset with views of the bay and ocean.
We are walking distance to all the restaurants, Fantasy Island and more...

Policies
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great beach rental
We just returned home from a week at this house and had a fantastic week. The location is amazing, 1 block from the beach and walking distance to great restaurants and ice cream. The backyard is awesome, the pool is beautiful and the fire pit was a lot of fun. The house is spacious, well appointed and very comfortable with lots of areas to hang out and relax. We would definitely recommend and hope to return soon!

Just Amazing
We (family of 4) have been renting in Beach Haven for 10 years and this house topped them all. Very spacious, updated, clean and with a cozy coastal feel. If you are not up for the beach (which is a block away) you can lounge by their warm beautiful pool, play some ping pong or relax on the hammock. At night feel the warmth from the fire table and just chill. This is an amazing property and close to everything. My kids said they didn't want to leave and we have already booked for next year. You won't be disappointed!

Feels just like home! Has everything
Amazing and comfortable rental, 2nd year in a row, Great amenities, spacious, clean, steps away from beach and some great restaurants and bars. Lots of room to lounge around. Nice pool, patio, new bedding and comfy!! A new happy place !

Wow! Best beach house in LBI
I stayed in this house the summer of 2019 and 2018 and it has it all. 4 full bedrooms (with TVS in all) with room for more to sleep in the basement, 2 full and 2 half baths, the kitchen is stocked with supplies, basement has fooseball table. And the best part is the saltwater pool is heated! There is also an outdoor shower. So relaxing. This house is 3 houses down from the beach and is near EVERYTHING in town-Fantasy Island, Chicken and the egg restaurant , the water park, mini golf, and Ship Bottom brewery. Walk to all.

Fabulous house
Wow, this house is amazing and close to it all. My family of 10 came upon this house from a friend and we weren't disappointed. Clean, new, all the amenties, plus a heated pool. Tv's in every room for the kids when they had enough of the sun. We walked to the beach and every restaurant plus Fantasy Island. We are excited to rent next Summer.
