The back yard has a shaded hammock, an outdoor shower with dressing area, and a chaise for reading under the mature trees. Off the kitchen is a dining deck with grill. For both sun and shade lovers, multiple decks offer a variety of locations during the day. Just 300 feet away, the beach is in terrific shape, with easy access and plenty of space for the whole family. The Star Ledger listed these beaches as the Best in New Jersey. The location is minutes from fine and casual dining, shopping, amusements, watersports, fishing and more.

Great House/Location
Would stay here again in a heartbeat! The house was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The upstairs master bedroom was perfect for my son and his girlfriend. It gave them lots of privacy and space to do their own thing. Great location, too. Three houses from the beach and a few blocks to the bay. Close to restaurants and shopping, as well. And, the owner was a pleasure to work with. A true gentleman.

Great Beach Getaway!
My family and I had a wonderful time staying in this house for the last week of August 2020. It had the perfect proximity to the beach and lots of privacy for those who needed to work. The house was clean and well appointed. Chris was very easy to work with and this house is clearly a beloved family retreat.

Clean House! - Great Location!
We've been LBI renters for 55+ years, and there's no doubt that this house was one of the best we've rented. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was that the house looked, and smelled very clean. And ultimately, that was the case. The bedrooms were a decent size, and can comfortably sleep 8-10 people. The upstairs master suite is a rare find, and offers some nice privacy for those who desire it. The location cannot be beat! You're only 3-4 houses away from the "life-guarded" beach, which makes it very convenient to walk back and forth. In Spray Beach you are close to restaurants, shopping, water-sports, and everything else that makes a beach vacation, well, a beach vacation! The owner was great to work with, and responded quickly to any requests. I would highly recommend renting this house for a great family vacation. We've already booked it for next year!

Quite Pleased
We had a wonderful stay at this house in LBI. House was spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. It was close to shopping, restaurants and the beach, yet far enough away from the crowds. Plenty of room outside for eating or just sitting on the decks, and parking. Homeowner is friendly and gracious. We look forward to staying again.
