This great location is in a quiet neighborhood yet is within walking distance to several stores, restaurants and coffee shops. The lifeguarded beach is a short 2 blocks away and there is a public bay access one street over for fishing, crabbing or the famous LBI sunsets. The house was fully renovated in 2014 and has hardwood floors throughout, tile bathrooms and central air conditioning. There are 4 bedrooms including a master with private bathroom, two living areas, each with a Queen sleeper sofa and an open floor plan. The non-reversed living home opens into a private fenced in back yard with covered porch, paver patio and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Help yourself to the apples and strawberries that grow in the yard! Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. Please note linens and towels are not included.

Family Beach Getaway
My family had a wonderful getaway staying here!! Nice neighborhood, with a quick easy walk to the beach and a quicker walk to the bay to watch some beautiful sunsets! The house has all of the basics needed for your stay. The fenced in backyard was a plus with our dog. The transaction was smooth and easy, I highly recommend renting from Nathan.

Family Getaway in LBI
This property is the perfect rental. Great location on a narrow section of the island, so it's a short walk to the beach or the bay. Very close to a couple of great places to eat, and centrally located for an easy drive or bike ride to MANY, MANY more businesses or POIs. The house is well-equipped and quite comfortable. The recent upgrades and renovations make it feel modern and new. Our family of 5, plus our little French bulldog and our intermittent guests had a great stay here! I highly recommend renting from Nathan. He's responsive, yet "hands-off" during your stay. If you're considering this rental, go for it!

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay. Nathan was easily available whenever we needed anything or had any questions. The house was an easy walk to the sparsely populated beach. We could walk to get coffee, dinner and ice cream, yet a quick drive to many other options. The house was steps to public Bay access with bench to watch the sunset.

Quiet neighborhood, great getaway
The process was easy and the landlord was very accessible and friendly. The area was beautiful and you can walk to the beach and bay. The back yard was perfect for our dogs and the rooms were very comfortable.
