Perfect for a large family or two families vacationing together. Our home features a master bedroom with master bath, a junior master bedroom with bathroom plus two additional bedrooms and an additional family room for the kids. The home is immaculately kept and completely updated with tasteful coastal décor, it includes a well-equipped kitchen for those who like to cook and a rooftop deck with 360 degree views. Other features include central air conditioning, full size washer and dryer, two car garage, outdoor shower, flat screen TVs, cable, wifi and a video gaming system. There’s a shady deck off the dining room-living room-kitchen area with a new BBQ and eating area. Six complimentary beach badges are included with your rental. Our home is located on a quiet street with direct beach access and within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shop, bagel and coffee shop, and entertainment. Also, our home is a quick ride to Bay Village, Fantasy Island and everything else Beach Haven offers. This is our home away from home; we are willing to share it with those who are over the age of 25 and will treat our home as you would your own.

Great House
Nice location, plenty of room, the most comfortable shore house beds I've ever slept on, a well equipped kitchen, nice beach chairs, and a rooftop deck - what more could you ask for? Holly was easy to work with during the entire process and even reached out about an hour after check-in to make sure everything was ok.

Great House
Tremendous home to rent in or off season. All amenities were in the kitchen for cooking, bikes, beach chairs, everything you need but sheets for obvious reasons. Best feature for us was 2 separate living rooms with great TVs, cable, internet TV, x box all there waiting for you. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and we were alone a lot of days but when company came there was more than enough rooms and like I mentioned before the 2nd living room gives others a place to relax and not be on top of each other. I would recommend to anyone who wants to have nice time with little to do or worry of bringing a lot. We will be renting again. Robert

Great beach house
The house meet all our needs and was very well equipped for the 5 of us. VRBOneeds to adjust the listing so people who book long distance would know that linens aren’t included. Fortunately the owner gave me enough notice so I could take care of that issue.
Holly is a great owner and so easy to work with.

Clean. Updated. Nicely furnished. Plenty of space. Great outdoor shower. Brand new beach chairs. Nice touch. My family had an amazing time here. We will be back.

Beautiful LBI and Close to the Beach!
This home was perfect! So close to the beach. Loads of space and super well equipped. Owners added many personal details. Amazing views from the rooftop deck. Spacious bedrooms and the bonus of a family room with
a TV. Walking distance to several great places to eat-Blue Water Cafe is excellent! Also enjoyed breakfast at Jersey Girl Cafe.
