Description
Rest and Relaxation is what you will feel when you arrive at our wonderful family vacation home in Barnegat Light. The sense of community shows every day when you go up to our guarded beaches or eat at one of the local restaurants. A visit to Old Barney the lighthouse to see a view of the entire Island is a must! Viking Village, renowned for the sea scallops sent around the world as well as the shops is a short walk or bike ride away. 5 blocks away from our home is the guarded bay beach which is great for little kids to play or older kids to catch fish! There is also a playground at the beach and if you bring a kayak this is a great place to explore Barnegat Bay. Our home is the 4th off the ocean with a wrap around deck filled with deck furniture. Picture yourself having your breakfast, lunch or dinner on the deck with the smell of ocean in the air and the sound of the waves crashing. Our home has central a/c should you need it and a fully equipped kitchen. Or if you prefer grilling, we have a gas grill available for your use. The open and airy living room has a TV with cable as well as a dvd player to watch movies. We have a half bathroom as well as a dining area in another part of this room. Around the corner from the kitchen are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a set of twin beds, 1 with a queen and the master bedroom has a king size bed with its own bathroom. There is another full bath across from the queen bedroom. If you go down the stairs to ground level, you will find another family room with TV as well as 2 more bedrooms, 1 with a full bed and 1 with a king. We also have 3 sofa beds should you need them for additional visitors. Also on this floor is a laundry room with washer and dryer and another half bathroom. Right outside the door, is an outside shower. This home has been in our family for 20 years and we hope you will love it as much as we do. Please let us know if you have any questions. A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Just right for our family.
Great space for Grandma, Grandpa, 2 Moms, 2 Dads and 4 kids 2 through 7. The beach was great - almost no one there but us.

Sunny and Spacious
All the rooms, with the exception of the kitchen were very generous. The beds were comfortable, but the couches not so much. The owner was so nice and accommodating. the beach at 30th street was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful
This place was just perfect. The home had everything you would ever need on vacation. Much thought went into making this place so very comfortable. Homeowner is fabulous. Our family of 7 adults and grandchildren felt right at home and had a terrific vacation. Four houses from the beach you couldn't ask for more. I am so happy to have found it and cannot wait til next year to do it again.

Ladies Book Group
This was our second stay at Wafting Breezes for an annual ladies get together. House is located steps from the beach and shopping for any need is close by. House is updated and comfortably fits a large group or families. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs, and has a grill outside. The wrap around deck is great for entertaining and has sun most of the day. You can tell the house is well maintained by the owners and they picked up our call immediately when we had a question about the house. Great restaurants are close by as well as good walking, biking and running routes. We have already booked for 2015 and plan to add an additional week to bring our families. Highly recommend Wafting Breezes and wish could rent the house for the entire summer as such a great place to stay!
