4 Bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms plus outdoor shower. Ideal for families with young children.
1 block from the bay and 3 blocks to the beach. Great restaurants and ice cream right on the corner and short walk to Bay Village, Fantasy Island and everything else Beach Haven has to offer.
The first floor has an open kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 separate living rooms, half bathroom and access to the backyard from the kitchen and back living room. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and full bathroom. The fully fenced-in backyard is complete with an in-ground pool, detached garage that has been converted to an outdoor cabana with sitting area & flat screen TV. Plenty of extra space on the paved patio, which includes options for outdoor dining and relaxing, a gas grill and beautiful outdoor shower.
House is rented weekly only (Saturday - Saturday) in season from mid-June through August.
No parties, no pets, no exceptions.

Perfect Family Vacation!
My family and I had the absolute best time at this fabulous home, especially the kids! It’s in a perfect location (walking distance to beach, rides, water park, etc), comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay, was spotless, and the outdoor space with the pool is just wonderful. If you are looking for a perfect vacation home for you and your family, look no further. We’re already counting down the days until next summer!

Unforgettable week in LBI
Todd’s home was exceptional. Dealing with Todd and his wife was flawless. Anytime we reached out to Todd if we had questions he would respond within minutes.
Once we were at the home we didn’t need to contact them at all. The home is exactly what you’d want and more for a beach getaway. They have thought of everything to make sure their guests have everything at their fingertips. My kids loved all the toys and pool floats. The beach chairs and beach umbrella were perfect since we forgot ours and happy we did!
The pool and backyard are beautiful. Pool was always warm. We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday the week we were there and it was perfect. LBI is our happy place and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Getaway
We had a perfect week at this house with our four children. It's close to the beach, bay and has a private pool complete with a cabana. The home has been completely renovated with everything you could possibly need for entertaining the kids. The home is very clean and the kitchen is well appointed with dishes and appliances. We walked to the beach every morning, fished at the bay in the afternoon and played in the pool. There's easy walking access to takeout pizza, fish/chips and ice cream. We can't wait to return next year!!

Wonderful Family Vacation
Todd’s place was perfect for our family. Todd was very responsive to all questions and was very helpful even through the tropical storm’s power outage. My family loved the pool, backyard area, and being steps away from the beach. The house was so comfortable and clean, and we would love to be back next summer!

Awesome House in a Great Location
My friends and I stayed here and had such a memorable time. The backyard space is so unique with the pool, all of the conversation seating, and that cool Pepsi fridge in the garage! We couldn't stop saying how nice the house was.
Inside is just as great for hosting. There are large spaces to gather and relax, as well as many places to sleep.
The owners have thought of EVERYTHING you would need while staying there, which was so appreciated!
Lastly, the owners themselves are very easy to get in touch with and go out of their way to make sure you have a great trip! Hope to be back soon!

Great family vacation
Great family vacation. The owners of this house thought of everything. It truly is the perfect place for a family vacation whether at the beach or just sitting in the yard in the pool and barbecuing or watching the outdoor TV in the cabana, it’s so relaxing.

Amazing Family Vacation
We had a wonderful stay this past week! The house had everything we needed and fit our family perfectly. The pool was such a great amenity to have with small children. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Hoping to return next year.
