Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
No parties, no weddings. Prefer no pets. If permitted, there is a $500/week pet fee, and security is $3000 as there are newly refinished wood floors and new carpeting.

Practically Perfect!
This large, comfortable home is perfectly situated on the ocean, with spectacular views up and down the coast. The large grassy front yard was perfect for walking my dogs securely without leaving the property, and the beach is just steps away. Kara (the property manager) and Frank (the owner) couldn't have been more accommodating. The few minor problems that cropped up were quickly handled, and we were made to feel as though we were in our own home.
A lovely experience all around.

Perfect week at the beach
My family fully enjoyed our week rental in this home. The house was adequately and comfortably furnished for a large group. The kitchen was particularly well equipped for cooking. Beautiful views of both the ocean and bay from the many decks. We look forward to our return visit.
