Each suite has a deck, and its own bathroom with custom vanities and stonework. There are 2 additional bedrooms with a Jack/Jill connecting bathroom. On the main level is the chef's kitchen, which opens up to the dining room and great room with a wall off glass, and an attached screened in porch all overlooking the water.

This house is on the most narrow part of northern LBI, making it a 2 minute walk to the beach. There is a lighted intersection which makes crossing the street easy. There is also a lifeguard on duty from 9am-5pm on the beach. Directly outside the back of the home is the pooldeck....and beyond that is a private bay beach. Enjoy boating and private beach strolls! The bay is very calm and is perfect for longer swims and water activities. This house also has 2 kayaks available to take full advantage of the bay. Sunset park is also a 1 minute walk out the front door. Here you will find a jungle gym, walking/bike trail, basketball court, baseball field, all overlooking the water.
