Description
Beautiful new luxury coastal home with modern amenities in the heart of Beach Haven. Nearly 2400 sq. ft. of in-door living space plus two large covered decks and a finished, covered backyard patio near the heated, in-ground saltwater pool. Both the second floor deck & covered patio are equipped with Sonos in-ceiling Bluetooth speakers. The patio features a 43" smart tv, recessed lighting, and a ceiling fan.
Garage level includes beach chairs, beach toys, 13 bikes (7 Adult & 6 Kid), and a 3-stop elevator.
First Floor - sleeps 10
3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a family room with a queen sleeper sofa. The first floor deck is accessible via the family room sliding glass door. With a sleeper sofa this family room (includes 55" Samsung Smart TV) can also function as the home's 5th bedroom.

Second Floor
Incredible Open Concept Floor Plan. Large kitchen island with stunning quartz countertops is open to the dining & living area. This living room also has a queen sleeper sofa and a 65" Samsung Smart TV. Our second floor also features Sonos in-ceiling Bluetooth speakers in the kitchen area, as well as the covered deck off the living room. Last but not least, the spacious Master Suite with king bed has a large walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. The second floor sleeps 4 comfortably.

Comfortable Home with many Amenities
This property has so much to offer a family like ours that is still growing. My husband and I enjoy keeping the family together for at least 1 vacation per year. My oldest child is married and has a toddler and newborn. My second child just got married and my youngest is in college and wants a friend to stay. This property is fully equipped to allow the group to stay in and cook a gourmet meal in the spacious kitchen or have a bbq. The oversized kitchen island is perfect for all hands on deck to ensure an efficient prep and clean-up. There are 4 well appointed bedrooms that are spacious, light and airy. Plenty of closets to organize all your belongings and 2 pullout couches for those extra guests. Lastly the owner has thought of everything for enjoying your beach vacay from numerous pool toys & outdoor games to bicycles of ever size for your nightly ride to watch the most magnificent sunset at the end of the block. Lastly the property owner is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or needs the renter may have. This home provides you with the very best LBI experience!!

Great Family Vacation Home!
This is a wonderful - fully appointed home with all the amenities needed and a wonderful location within walking distance to all your favorite Beach Haven shops and restaurants. The pool, patio area was a plus since the ocean was cold last week. There is so much open space that easily accommodated our extended family of 14. The elevator helps with luggage that makes it easy to the top floor. Highly recommend this property. It is a gem and the owners make the process easy with helpful information for checkin and your stay. Thank you Barry for making this a memorable vacation. Until next time...

We spent a week in July at this beautiful beach house in Beach Haven, Long Beach Island, NJ, and it was perfect for our family. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and close to local attractions. The house was equipped with everything we needed, including a fantastic pool, plenty of toys, games, bikes, and beach chairs. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed many sunsets from the deck and relaxing moments during our stay. Perfect Location and an unbelievable house!
Barry & his house were outstanding. We walked/biked the entire week, never once driving in our cars (which was a vacation in itself!). The house had more than you could ever need - toys & games for the kids - beach and pool gear - bikes - not to mention the home itself with an abundance of pots/pans/cooking supplies/room to spread out all in a modern setting with relaxed vibes throughout. The house was clean but also very comfortable, we loved the upside down living, enjoying the views & breeze from the top floor throughout the week. Barry's communication was excellent - fortunately we didn't need anything during our stay but he checked in a few times to make sure. Check in/out were extremely easy. The other reviews are spot on regarding the location - quiet yet only a few minutes walk from EVERYTHING in downtown Beach Haven - including steps away from our favorite restaurants (Black Whale, Bird & Betty's, Parker's Garage, etc.). We lucked out with great weather - overall amazing location which we highly recommend!

Perfection on Long Beach Island
Architectural Digest New Home On LBI. My entire extended family has been coming to this home since it was built in 2022. We couldn’t be happier with this high end spectacular house and the absolute best location on the Island, The house is as high end as you could hope for and supplied beyond your needs, The elevator makes unpacking and carrying items up and down a cinch .The gorgeous heated pool is a joy for the days you want to relax on the back yard. very quiet street in walking distance to best restaurants, high end supermarket , fantasy island ,stores galore and entertainment, The owner is the nicest man that I have come upon. He is courteous , replies immediately, and keeps the house in absolutely perfect condition, We just left after a spectacular week here and we have already booked for next year. I can not say enough about this amazing home and location that is perfect for everyone. Don’t wait. You will love your stay here.

Modern Comfort
This home was incredibly comfortable for my entire family. Married daughter with baby. My engaged daughter with fiancé and my youngest daughter who had a friend stay a couple of nights. The house had all the amenities needed to make your stay enjoyable. Gourmet Kitchen fully stocked with all your cooking needs and what a beautiful layout so everyone in the family can help prepare dinner without being in each others way. In addition, after returning home in the evening from a short walk to Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Restaurants or Ice Cream Parlor the host has a full closet of board games that kept us laughing until late at night. Sunsets in LBI are breathtaking so we utilized the hosts bicycles to watch the sunset at the end of the block every chance we had. We set up on the beach most mornings and by lunch time would return to the house and thoroughly enjoy the pool and all the pool toys for the remainder of the afternoon. Fantastic House & Location!
Incredible, brand-new beach house in a perfect location! Convenient to downtown Beach Haven and still very easy access to the beach (even though house is bayside). House itself is GORGEOUS. Brand new and has every amenity you could ask for.
Barry was also extremely easy to work with, quick to respond to every message, and made everything smooth.
We'll be back for the same weekend next summer. Would highly recommend this for your week away at the beach.

SPECTACULAR HOUSE
We rented 433 Amber July 9-16 and our stay was PHENOMENAL. This house is hands down spectacular!!!! The owner did not skip any detail in its construction. The home is filled with top notch appliances, cookware, mattresses, furniture….EVERYTHING! You can tell the owner took pride in its making and his care and attention shows in every room. We are renting again in 2 weeks and will definitely return next summer!!!! Best house in Beach Haven!
