Bay Sunsets
I debated about renting near the beach for a quick walk or on the bay for the beautiful sunsets and constant view. So happy I chose Kate and Steve’s home, it was perfect! I got my steps in and enjoyed the beautiful LBI sunsets every night. Most importantly, the rental was neat, clean and well organized, every necessity was readily available. I hope to return again next year!

Amazing beach home!!
We just returned home from our amazing LBI vacation and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this beach home. The house was spotless and had such a wonderful “beachy” feel to it. The front deck is really spacious and has amazing views of the bay. The back deck has an amazing fire pit to have an evening cocktail next to. Great location for families- quiet dead end street to ride bikes and scooters, private bay beach steps from the front door, children’s bay beach 5 block walk, easy bike ride/walk over to the ocean. Walking distance to prime Surf City attractions. We will definitely book again!! Kate was so wonderful and responsive.

Bay View-Great location-Loved LBI
My family and I enjoyed our first vacation in LBI. The sunsets were spectacular being on the bay at this location. Also having a private beach on the bay is so nice. The street is quiet, since it’s a dead end to the bay. We stayed in the upstairs unit and it has all the comforts needed-very clean, and spacious. Great location to both bay and beach. Kate and Steve the owners are quick to respond back on any issues that may arise. We’re looking forward to going back again next year.
