Oceanfront living in the Queen City of Beach Haven! Enjoy sunrises with your coffee on the oceanfront deck. Take a short walk in the evenings with your wine down to take in the sunset on the bay or have a cocktail by the fire pit. This fully equipped and beautifully decorated oceanfront home has three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms on the first floor. The second floor is an open living plan with the dining room, kitchen and living area. The second floor deck has great ocean views in front and to the southern tip of the island on the right. Oceanfront living at its finest!

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Just what we needed!
We had the idea to spend a week at LBI at the last minute before the fall rolled in. This was the perfect house to land in. Bonnie was very responsive and gave us all the details of the home in good time and with accuracy. Although most of the island was closed for business on our visit and the days were somewhat overcast, we were so comforted by the views of the water and the dune. The porch was perfect for sitting. The home itself is very calm with muted natural color and light. I had just the right amount of things available in the kitchen to be able to create a great meal without being overwhelmed with stuff. The downstairs bedrooms/bathrooms were generous and beds comfortable. It was everything wanted in a fall cozy get away.

Beautiful!
We had a great week in this beautiful home. Very comfortable, excellent location right on the beach and close to amenities like restaurants & bike rental. Enjoyed the firepit on the beach. View from the second floor deck is amazing.

An oceanfront gem
We love LBI and always look for different areas to rent. This place exceeded our expectations and is hands down our new favorite on the island. It’s located on a quiet street and is not only beachfront but the backyard is a sandy beach! If you have kids it’s perfect to pour yourself a coffee and stay in your pjs while they play in the backyard beach. And if you want to go to the beach, it’s right there! So beautiful. A couple of other highlights were the gas fire pit in the backyard. Amazing with a glass of wine as sun set. Also, the house is renovated and gorgeous! All new appliances in the kitchen and the decor is stunning. Loved having two floors as well to spread out a bit more. Bonnie was beyond accommodating and even gave us a later check out time so we could enjoy a full day at the beach with our family. Can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you Bonnie and family! We will be back!
