Early June
James’ sea cottage was super clean and the perfect place for our group to stay. It has everything that was needed. Full kitchen utensils, grill, dining area, streaming devices & an open living room.
We particularly enjoyed both the front porch and the rooftop deck. The rooftop deck had an incredible sunset bay view and was typically how we ended our days.
The convenience of 28th street made things easy since it’s the shortest walk to the beach. This made it easy on our kids.
Will defintely be coming back next summer!

MDW Rental
I had a great time during my visit in Barnegat Light and at James' place in particular. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could imagine. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The rooftop deck provides a great view of the setting sun on the bay! Without question I would look to stay here again

Early May Rental
Stayed here in an early May week with some friends and their toddler. Nice cozy beach bungalow. Two blocks from the beach with big surf (we had some stormy weather) in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked with cooking gear. Great communication with the host. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Amazing deal
We stayed for the week of New Years and had so much fun. There were so many places that were open we had no idea stayed open for the winter. The house was so clean and was all that we needed. Will try to make it back for summer.

Clean & cozy
We had a great 2 week stay. The house is a great beach cottage comfortable for 6 people. The house was extremely clean and had just about everything we needed. It's clear that the house was renovated and the owner was attentive to any questions we had.
My one complaint would be that the outdoor seating is not perfect as the table only seats 4. There are 2 Adirondack chair for seating up to 6 however we would definitely recommend getting a bigger table so we can enjoy this great spot again next year!
My favorite part of staying was how quiet and beautiful the location is. We were very happy with how short of a walk over the dunes we experienced as we found out others staying in Barnegat Light aren't that lucky. Between 3rd-23rd street the walk over the dunes is outrageous. Looking forward to seeing the house next season!

Amazing Beach Getaway
This house is in the perfect spot in Barnegat Light. It is on the best beach street and being on the bay side, you don't have to worry about people parking all over the street and in front of the house. The house was so neat & clean! Very cute beach cottage. James was very attentive to any question we had and was quick to recommend many things to do.
We look forward to coming back next summer.
