This home was built with the gorgeous bay views in mind. Roof top furniture provided to enjoy cocktails while taking in the views of the Surf City Yacht Club and the wide open bay views. Plenty of seating in the kitchen area. The dining room furniture expands to seat 6-8 people. The outside deck will seat 6 comfortably and the yard will also have a seating area. The new relaxing pool is a wonderful feature to this already great home. The garage has kayaks, stand up paddle boards and beach gear for your use. There are beautiful panoramic views of the bay-front perfect for LBI sunsets! The primary bedroom has a king bed and pull out couch. There are 2 Jr Suites with queen beds, a kids room with 2 twin beds and a family room with a pull out sofa, jr kitchen and tv. This Surf City home is perfect for family vacations as it is close to the bay beach and many local LBI restaurants and shops. The roof top deck allows for a place to unwind and relax!

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

"Sittin" on the dock (balcony) of the Bay"
The word "exceptional" doesn't do justice to describe this home. The house is the most well-stocked house I've encountered in renting for the past 12 years. The house was immaculate-- the owners must subscribe to the phrase " cleanliness is next to Godliness" -- and speaking of God -- you can view his artwork every evening from any number of the many balconies. The amenity of an elevator came in very handy transporting luggage, groceries and people. The option of having a dog on premises made my Gidget get a vacation as well and made it very relaxing for me not to worry about her with someone else. Last but certainly not least, the Owners were so gracious and showed so much class in gifting a "welcome" beach bag, full of various items which enabled an even more enjoyable time. A house that is definitely on my list of the best houses to rent on LBI and it should become one of yours as well!

Relaxing Stay at Bayside Beauty
We just returned from a week at this lovely home. The views are incredible and we appreciated the quality of the indoor and outdoor furnishings—the house is lovingly cared for by its owners. Property manager Eileen is responsive and easy to work with. The backyard is very roomy and the pool is nice. We brought our little dogs and they loved their vacation. The location was so great, easy to get up, down or off the island. The kitchen is well stocked with items if needed, though we mostly ate out. You will enjoy your vacation at this house.
