Lets start with location. This is a quaint street that is a hidden gem. Bikers and walkers like to venture here out of curiosity alone. It’s a friendly atmosphere and centrally located with a convenience market 1 street away, a liquor store and restaurant on the corner, our Fire House run by local volunteers, a family friendly seafood restaurant on the Blvd, also located 1-2 blocks to the south is a more adult like restaurant, pizza and ice cream, yoga studio and car service center. This is a walking town. For those with kayaks, Kinsey Cove is within reach offering a public boat ramp.
As for the home, it is a very comfortable 3 BR home, all with full baths and a pull out queen sofa bed. Upper and lower wrap around decks. An elevator is available for those with special needs only.
The first level has a family room with a tv with French doors that open up to a screened in porch overlooking a quaint back yard surrounded by a privacy shield of bamboo hiding a heated pool and sitting area. The screened in porch has a sitting area and table that seats 6. A living room with bay views and gas fireplace is also on the first floor. Between both rooms is a well equipped kitchen and dining area seating 4-6. A dining room with french doors offers a cozy space to enjoy your morning coffee with paper or a yummy seafood dinner. A laundry room is located on this floor, perfect for pool/beach towels, as well as a powder room.
The second level has a master bedroom with walk in shower/spa. Roomy his and hers seperate closets. Tv and small area, big enough for your morning stretches or yoga. A slider door opens to a little deck that overlooks the pool area. Two other bedrooms on this level, both with full baths and tvs. One King bed, the other with 2 twin beds. A half bath is located in the hallway as well as a laundry room close by. A living room/entertaining room is off the wrap around deck that views the Barnegat Bay. This room has a queen pull out sofabed, gas fireplace, wet bar and dishwasher for glasses Also off the deck is an office area, with a desk, perfect for you to put your laptop when work needs to be tended to.
A roof top deck with a spiral staircase is there for your sunset pictures.
The 2 car garage is where access to the elevator is (no children please). This property has a 2 car driveway with another car parking area on the east side of the house.
An outside shower is just off the pool
