Had to bring own sheets and towels. Was stated to clean up at the end of stay. We found old chip bags and sand all over coffee table. Had blood on the mattress pad of the master bedroom. Couldn’t find any extra toilet paper or paper towels. Upstairs was very narrow and steep. Would have been nice to have known that before booking

My husband and I brought our moms on vacation. This was a great location and the rental was as described. The layout is unusual (having to walk thru the bathroom to get to the bedroom) but this was only a minor inconvenience. Great deck, yard and an outdoor shower.

Just a block from the beach and right around the corner from a corner grocery store, this cozy apartment is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy LBI.

Very quaint. Quiet we spent just one night since we were down for a wedding. Perfect for a short stay. Close to shops and right across the street from the beach.

This rental is part of an old victorian house that has been subdivided. This unit is quite small and cramped. The furniture and beds were old and frankly uncomfortable to sit and sleep in. The window air conditioing units upstairs do not work well and my family spent most of the week hot and uncomfortable. The only upside to this rental was the location. We were able to walk to the local supermarket, restaurants, mini golf, local boutiques and shops.

Location. Location. Location! 200 yards to the Beach.
Walking distance to grocery store, ice cream spots, mini golf, arcade amusement and restaurants. Park directly across the street that had live music the week we were there. Outdoor shower, porch, and yard make the small place feel bigger. Great outdoor shower!

The beach was right there, good restaurants nearby and Maria and Paul were more than generous by making sure our accommodations surpassed our expectations.

My fiance and I absolutely loved staying in this Victorian home for the weekend. I had surprised him with a trip to get away, and I couldn't have been happier with his place. SOO close to everything, the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. We ate crab out on the porch, walked to get breakfast, and had one of the most memorable weekends.
We loved this place so much we requested to go back for our mini honeymoon to have the perfect and relaxing week. We couldn't have picked a better place. Everything was clean, all appliances worked, and Maria was one of the most accommodating owners and made it extra special. It took me so long to write this review because I didn't want anyone knowing about this place!
