Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and blooming flowers while sitting in the gracious wrap-around porch. The porch is perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine after a day at the beach.
Living room becomes entertainment center with ultra large screen TV, Sonos sound system, curated vintage record collection and turntable and an acoustic guitar.
There are 6 beautiful, spacious, bright bedrooms with polished hard wood floors. Each room has a brand new mattress and gorgeous vintage wood furniture, with several pieces from a historic Beach Haven hotel. There are new central A/C system plus ductless units in each room and black-out window shades for a good night's sleep. Each room's temp can be customized with remote control. There's plenty of space to fit a pack & play, crib or toddler bed for your little ones. There are a total of 5 bathrooms and a powder room. The third floor bathroom includes a rain shower. We also have a large outdoor shower in the backyard.
Gorgeous architectural details like floor to ceiling windows, colorful stained glass, detailed woodwork, and original pine wood floors make this house truly special. This Victorian cottage has been well-preserved throughout its 100+ year history.
Enjoy the hydrangeas bloom in our extra-large fenced-in grassy backyard lit in the evenings by carnival lights. 3 long farm tables accommodate memorable al-fresco dinners for your family and friends. A large Weber gas grill sits on the stone patio and a lush herb garden can spice up your gourmet meals and cocktails. A large outdoor shower is also a plus.
The property includes a driveway that can fit two vehicles and street parking is available in front of the house. An Electric Vehicle charger is available at the end of the driveway. We also have a Garage Concierge who will take the garbage cans out to the curb during pick-up days.
You won't need to use your car because this is the best location in Beach Haven! We are a few steps from the ocean, ice cream shops, restaurants, bars, Kapler’s, Surflight Theater, Murphy's Supermarket and the many popular and new restaurants and retail stores. Fantasy Island and Bay Village are a 10-min walk away.

Loved our stay at Cloverdale Cottage!
Sally has done an amazing job renovating this beautiful property which is in an excellent location. There are so many things we loved - the backyard with the party lights, long tables for family dinners, the herb garden in a claw foot tub, and the wrap around porch with lots of seating. The telescope on the front porch was a big hit. The beds are brand new and very comfortable. Sally was easy to get in contact with and very responsive. Highly recommend!
