You are a short walk or bike ride to all Beach Haven has to offer...The Pearl Street Market is on the corner, The Engleside and The Sea Shell Motel for happy hour, The WooHoo Homemade Ice Cream, AJ's Bike Rental Shop, Murphy's Super Market, Surfside Theater, Barry’s Do Me A Flavor, Uncle Will's, Kapler's Pharmacy and Mr. Tee's Mini Golf/Arcade are all just a couple blocks away. Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf Waterpark and Bay Village are a short walk. Pack your sheets, towels and bathing suits and get ready for a fabulous vacation. Maximum 8 people per unit. CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
RATES - subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
