The large living room with ample seating and 12' windows offers exquisite, relaxing views after a day at the beach. The 40' LCD TV with Surround Sound makes movie night a pleasure.
The top floor deck is perfect for a BBQ as you watch the boats on the Inter-coastal Waterway. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar are open to the dining room with seating for 8. There is a half bath and laundry room, too.
The size and layout is perfect for extended families or couples. Lots of privacy and space for everyone.
The first floor entry is "The Lobby" with a queen sleep sofa and loveseat. The 50" LG 4K UHD Smart TV makes it perfect for setting up the kids with their games.
Walk to everything - the beach, Fantasy Island, the shops and restaurants. Relax and enjoy the vacation you've earned.
There is also a large bedroom with antique brown wicker furniture and 2 full beds. There is a full bath and private deck.
The Master suite is on its own level and has a king bed with high ceilings, sitting area with LCD TV/ VCR/DVD and a private bath with tub.
The third floor has a queen canopy bed with sitting area, en suite half bath and a LCD TV. The next bedroom with twin beds has whitewashed wicker furniture and full bath and a LCD TV.
Every bedroom has lots of closet space and many windows.
There is a garage and 2 additional off-street parking spaces.
The beach is a short walk past the Surf Light Theater and the Victorian district. Located on Engleside Avenue just blocks from Bay Village and close to all of the shopping and restaurants.

About the owner:
We have been visiting LBI for years and bought our first property at Bayview in Beach Haven in 1999 and an oceanfront property in 2004 at Oceanus on Coral Street. We are down every weekend to make sure that change over goes smoothly and to make sure that everything is ready for your visit.
Why the Owner Chose Beach Haven, NJ, USA:
The location is perfect. We can walk or bike anywhere we need to go. We love to watch the early morning sailboats on the bay and the fishermen returning home at dusk - from the sofa. No need to go outside to see the Bay We enjoy the high ceilings and big rooms. The space to be together - and the room to be alone.

The views of the Bay - the sunsets - are spectacular. After a day at the beach it's wonderful to sit on the top floor deck with a glass of wine and watch the boats returning to the marina and the light show as the sun goes down. Our family ranges in age from 23 to 92 so everyone is on a different schedule and has their own idea of 'vacation'. The space and privacy in the condo make it possible for the early risers to be up and around without bothering those who stayed up (too) late.

Perfect location-wonderful vacation
We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect-walking distance to town, shops and restaurants. The condo was clean, spacious, well-stocked and well appointed. We really enjoyed the view and sunsets from the main living area, and having a cocktail on the deck. It was also great that it was a pet-friendly rental and our dogs enjoyed the walks by the bay and finding so many sunny spots to relax. Liz was gracious and accommodating. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. We'll be back!

Great place to stay with family or a group of friends!
We cooked a lot and couldn’t be happier with the amount of dishes and tools in the kitchen. The balcony was wonderful for sipping wine in the evening after the kids are asleep.

Just Perfect
We rented this home to accommodate our large family and it did so, very comfortably. The location is good. Extremely close to the bay and a short walk to the beach. The unit itself is lovely. We felt so at home. The spacious, airy atmosphere is relaxing and the four levels afforded each of us our privacy. The decor is pretty and the kitchen is stocked with absolutely everything you could ever want or need to prepare and serve a meal. The main living area is on the top floor which took some getting used to but I quite enjoyed it with the tall windows and skylights. Plus we got to bring the dog along which was a bonus. I highly recommend this condo. It was clean and bright. The photos here do not begin to show how nice it really is. I would go back again. Go! Have fun!
