You will be pleased to know we just completed a major renovation. A beautiful brand new black stainless steel appliance suite has been installed in the kitchen, along with new Italian marble countertops, new sink, fixtures, new tiled backsplash and new tile floors. All 3 bathrooms have just been upgraded with Italian marble countertops, new sinks and fixtures as well.
Additionally, I just purchased a real arcade tabletop video game that includes Pac Man, Galaga, Galaxian and 5 other games. Do you remember any of these video games ?.... It's like a 1980's time warp. So much fun...and addictive (my son and I cannot stop playing !)
You will enjoy spending your vacation in this "Resort" feel, reversed living seashore contemporary. We designed it to take advantage of the location and included three decks. The house and decks will provide you with unobstructed ocean views, Bay views, and views of the Atlantic City skyline. Enjoy ocean views on the deck in your comfortable high outdoor dining table with A fire pit !... for those cooler nights. Spectacular !
Included is a Sony surround sound bar system, 55" LCD TV (Flat screen), and DVD player. All digital service is provided free of charge.

Another week in paradise
This is our third stay at Lou's oceanfront home and it just keeps getting better! Beautiful home, incredible beachfront location, guarded beach, dolphins swimming in the ocean, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets... I miss it already. Lou is an incredible host. Can't wait to go back.

Rainbows
Our family had just arrived on LBI when we saw our first rainbow of the week.
As promised, the “rainbows on the ocean” house was just right for our family.
The location is perfect. The house was as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked. Thank you to the generous hosts!

Incredible Lasting Memories
We have been renting Lou's house for a couple of years now and our visit this year was just as magical as years past. This is one of our favorite rentals on the island of all time.
This was our first year renting without our beloved grandmother. She had been coming to LBI since she was a girl with her grandmother. LBI was where she was when WWII ended and everyone flooded the boulevard to celebrate. She had her honeymoon on the island. She came to the island almost yearly with her 4 kids, then her grand kids, and then her great-grandchildren. We miss her terribly. However, we enjoyed this year sitting around Lou's deck swapping memories and adventures of her. We also created a few of our own.
As not all members of our family can go to the beach anymore, Lou's deck with the movable umbrellas was a god-send. People could sit up on the deck and feel like they were right by the ocean while watching the comings and goings of the kids from the beach.
Lou's house as always is beyond well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed many wonderful meals and lots of games with the kids. Lou is an amazing host and was always available to help.
We cannot thank you enough for this incredible week at the beach complete with fireworks, perfect weather days, dolphins, and a rainbow at the end.

This is a really special home. It's right on the beach, nicely decorated, impeccably clean and well equipped. This is our second visit here and we can't wait to come back!

Beach-Front Haven in Holgate
This is our second year staying at Rainbow on the Ocean and it was perfect. We are so happy we returned to this beautiful beach-front haven in Holgate!
This well-designed home has the kitchen and living area on the top floor with a spacious deck and a spectacular view of the ocean; the smaller deck on the bayside offers stunning sunset views! The new living room furniture was so comfortable, and the new kitchen stove and the air fryer made cooking at “home” a pleasure.
The middle level has four bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with a kind bed, a soaking tub, and a private bathroom. The master suite and the next largest bedroom open to a lower deck, a nice little cove with a rocking chair. There are two smaller front bedrooms with twin beds in one and double twin bunk beds in the other, and a laundry room on the same floor.
Everything you need for a day at the beach can be found in the lower-lever garage: beach chairs, boogies boards, an umbrella; and we really like the faucet for washing the sand off your feet on the walkway from the beach.
Lou is very personable and awesome to work with; he went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect during out stay, and we especially loved the way our every need was anticipated and provided for in this well-stocked beach house. We were also impressed with the decor of the home and with Lou’s collection of guitars and rock legend photos in the bar area.
Be assured that if any problems arise during your stay, Lou will handle with lightning speed!!
We are already looking forward to returning to this lovely vacation home next year; it is more beautiful than the pictures and highly recommended!

My wife and I could not have been more pleased with our Holgate rental. The views of the ocean were fantastic and the house was spotless. Owner Lou Esposito makes you feel as if you have known him for years and is always available to answer questions. We have been vacationing in LBI since 1987 and I would rank this house right up at the top!

Oceanfront Paradise Revisited
We loved this immaculate oceanfront palace so much after our first time renting in September 2021 that we returned last week. We had a wonderful relaxing time and the owner Lou really goes the extra yard to make sure that his guests have everything they need (even had birthday candles in the drawer). The house is situated in Holgate which is very quiet and family oriented. Amazing beach access right out the master bedroom. The beach itself has several attentive lifeguards on duty right in front of the house. Be sure to walk out on the front deck at sunrise one morning for an absolutely incredible experience. We definitely plan to return next year for a third season.

The Best
We have been coming to LBI for 42 years and this is the best house rental by far. We have rented it about 10 times. First off the owner Lou is friendly, accommodating & accessible. He treats you like a VIP. The house itself is gorgeous. Large enough for a family gatherings and large enough if you need privacy. Fantastic ocean view from the main floor and the outside decks. All the items you need to enjoy your LBI vacation, beach chairs and toys, a full kitchen with all of the thing you will need for your stay, a tabletop arcade game and a bar. If you are looking to go to LBI, give this place a try...
