Description
Enjoy our stunning, contemporary oceanfront home with panoramic ocean views from every room. Designed by well renowned architect Michael Pagnotta, our home offers an open reverse living design with living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom with adjoining full bath on the top floor including an 180 degree ocean front wrap around fiberglass deck with lounge chairs and outside dining. 2nd level includes master suite and two additional bedrooms and adjoining bath. Ground level has brand new bedroom and half bath just installed in 2021. Stunning rooftop deck furnished with comfortable sofa and love seats for relaxing cocktail hours while taking in the magnificent sunsets to the West and ocean front enjoyment to the East.
Corner lot immediately adjacent to beach access. Step right on and off of beach and rinse off in the fully equipped outdoor shower.
Ample parking with 1 car garage; room for 2 more cars in driveway and street parking.
Beach chairs, 8 beach passes and umbrellas included.
Additional concierge services available (including linens, towels, etc.) for an additional fee through LBI Dream Makers-Connie/Steve(908)[email protected]. They have the particulars for our property and offer free delivery.

Policies
Once we agree and decide to proceed with the rental, I will send you a copy of our Rental Agreement with all the terms and agreements. You will then sign this agreement and return it along with a security deposit and a rental deposit.
50% upon Signing of contract

Owner's Cancellation Policy:
The agreement shall be terminated only after another tenant is secured for the full rental period at the rate agreed upon for the week. If the property is re rented for the cancelled period, deposit monies paid, less 15% of the total rent will be returned. If the property is not re-rented for the full amount, the full rental deposit is forfeited. All cancellations must be in writing. Your reservation will be in effect upon receipt of your deposit and the cancellation policy will apply. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, including hurricanes, or for activities beyond the control of the OWNER. We recommend all guests purchase trip insurance to cover any possible cancellations.

Awesome Time every year
This is our 3rd year staying here and its always a great week. The house is beautiful and has great places for the family to spend time together. We love all the decks, windows and views. Easy beach access. Great area for the whole family. We always make so many great memories.

Kerst and Co. Gone Crabbin’
This rental has it all! So many gathering spots on this three level home but what tops it all is the incredible rooftop happy hours watching the sunset and moonrise! Immediate beach access made it so flexible for the whole family, especially setting up for little ones and to and from trips. The kitchen is well appointed and the levels offered privacy for all. Cannot say enough about the fantastic views from nearly every window!
In 10 minute driving distance is Barnegat Lighthouse and crabbing piers. In walking distance are many beach shops and great restaurants, this rental is tops for grandparents , grown daughters and families!

Great thanks to Peter and Tiffany for curating such a perfect vacation home. The location, the views, the home, just perfect. This home is beautiful furnished. The design and quality is top notch. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with quality cooking equipment and utensils. Even had spices and a few odds and ends. There was plenty of space for family meals with spectacular views. Peter was extremely responsive with any questions we had throughout our stay. Access to the beach is a huge plus to the property. They’ve got you totally covered with badges, chairs, umbrellas, etc. I can’t say enough great things about this rental home. Will certainly be back!

A great place
My wife and I have been visiting Long Beach Island for approximately 50 years and have stayed at a wide range of homes. This home was excellent from every possible vantage point. I'd rate it 6 stars if I could. Our multi-generational family of 7, ages 3 years to 75 years old, simply could not have found a better place to stay. I know other people write about the views (couldn't be better) and amenities (all top notch) and proximity to restaurants and shopping (just a block or 2 away), but what was truly luxurious was having enough bathrooms when they were needed! Peter & Tiffany obviously take much pride in their house as it is clean and well maintained. Peter and I handled all the business arrangements and he couldn't have been easier to work with. We hope to return to this home next year and beyond. Best wishes to Peter and Tiffany for much success in the years ahead.

They've got you covered
Excellent experience at Peter and Tiffany's house. Great communication from beginning to end plus their home had everything and more. From the well-appointed kitchen with enough dishes and spices to cover all our needs, to the comfy oversized couch, plentiful beach chairs, umbrellas (and some toys), indoor games and puzzles, abundant, comfortable outdoor furniture on all 3 deck levels, this home is well-equipped to accommodate. Plenty of bed pillows for the comfortable beds, two hoses at both entrances in addition to the large outdoor shower. Our group truly enjoyed cooking meals, game night and relaxing under the stars. We were all sad when the week ended. I highly recommend this home and hope to stay again.

We have stayed at this lovely home for the last 2 years and will be returning in 2023. The location and views are amazing. The owners are so accommodating and have welcomed us. The home is very clean and includes all the all the amenities you need for a great vacation at the shore!

Wow!
Have been renting on LBI for many years and now I'm spoiled as Peter's place far exceed my expectations and prior experiences! This location is why people come to LBI...great unobstructed water views and easy beach access. On top of that the location provides ready access to several nice restaurants, beach stores, bike rentals, candy stores, miniature golf, package stores, etc. And finally, getting off the island on changeover day is much easier since it's so close to the bridge (about 5 minutes). The house itself is a gem with beautiful decks having views so wonderful that even on less than perfect weather days where you may not want to go onto the beach you can still soak up the beauty of ocean and hear its restful sounds. Inside the house is very tastefully decorated and very comfortable (couches and beds). Seemingly small things like having many beach chairs and a nice wine refrigerator demonstrates how the owner has thought of the keys to a thoroughly successful stay. Lastly, working with Peter was a pleasure as he was always very accessible for questions that arose prior to our stay (e.g., what kind of coffee maker was there...answer both Keurig and traditional drip). Planning on coming back to this lovely house in future years!
