Just 1 house from a “private” beach (and ~ 125 feet from beach), this gorgeous pristine 3-story 5-year old ocean-block house shares a private lane with just two other homes.
The living room, situated on the 2nd level, is an open floor plan with a bright and tastefully-decorated beach-themed living room, a deck, a center-island kitchen with granite countertops and top of the line appliances. The dining area contains a dining table that seats 6 people. The center-island counter seats 4 people. On the South wall of the living room are sliding glass doors out to a porch that runs along the entire south wall of the house.
Next to the kitchen is an en suite bedroom with a king-size bed, a 6-drawer dresser, and a closet. The adjoining bathroom, with one door to the living room and one to the bedroom, is tastefully tiled with a bathtub/ shower, sink/ vanity, and toilet.
On the third level are two en suite bedrooms, a master bedroom and a smaller bedroom. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors on the south wall which opens up to a private porch. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 6-drawer dresser, and a closet. Its adjoining bath has a two-sink vanity, a large marble- tiled shower, and a private toilet.
The master bedroom is large enough to accommodate inflatable mattresses or cots, which we have available for no additional charge. With owner’s permission, will allow up to 8 guests providing no more than 6 guests are over the age of 12.
The smaller bedroom also on the 3rd level contains another king-size bed, a 3-drawer dresser, a crib, and closet. Its adjoining bathroom contains a one-sink vanity, a tiled shower, and toilet.
The kitchen is well-equipped for family dining (silverware, plates, glasses, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc.)
The bottom floor of the house is a garage, a small closet, a small-entry way with a keyless door, and stairs to get up to the 2nd level. The garage contains parking for 2 cars a front-loading washing machine and dryer, and a ping pong table. There are 2 additional parking spaces just outside the garage (e.g., in front of the garage door).
All beds are 'pillow top' mattress and all bedrooms are equipped with comforters, and feather pillows. I supply bed linens, as well as 2 sets of blue towels (bath & hand towels and wash cloths) for each bathroom.
I also supply 6 beach badges, 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, and 6 beach towels.
Two outdoors showers are available. These showers are shared with the larger (owner-occupied) house in front (e.g., on the east side) of rental house. Each outdoor shower has a changing area.
LBI, a premier destination on the Jersey Shore, is known for its white sand beaches, restaurants, boutique shopping, water sports, amusement parks, miniature golf, and crabbing. Under 2 hours from metro NY, N. NJ, Philly.
North Beach is a favorite residential neighborhood within LBI. The oceanside of Long Beach Blvd is only 3 homes deep and the bayside only 5 homes deep. As there is no public parking or public access to the beach, for all intents and purposes, the beach is restricted to owners, renters, and their guests of these 7 homes. The beach adjacent to ours is life-guarded beach during the season and standard hours.
The living room has an LCD TV, a Tivo, and Apple TV. We also have some games for both young children as well as for all ages.
We do not rent to prom or graduation groups. The person signing the lease must be at least 30 years old and be one of the occupants for the duration of lease.
Turnover day is Saturdays for summer rentals between June 15 and September 6.
No refunds; however, we will work with you to reschedule your stay.
Refundable Damage Deposit: $1,200. This damage deposit also covers lost items (linens, towels, beach tags, etc.)

Yes. Please note we give a discount for longer rentals. For rentals of more than one-week, we will provide cleaning free-of-charge (except for $250 cleaning fee) every Friday.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! Kathy was extremely responsive preceding the stay; however, we had no need to reach out during as everything was perfect! The house was 50 yards from, what was essentially, a private beach. The beds were extremely comfortable and my wife even wants to purchase the same linens - they were so comfortable. The rental had everything we needed from a gas grill to umbrellas and even citrus reamer (essential for beach-y cocktails)! Would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone I know looking to stay on LBI. Thank you, Kathy!

Found this gem on line for just 4 days and it was everything we hoped for.. Usually rent in Brant Beach and Beach Haven and ventured out to the other side of the causeway.. Good move... this house was spotless, nicely decorated, comfy and literally 200 feet to the beach..the house was fully equipped with everything you'd need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Also for our use were beach chairs, beach tags, towels, outside clean showers and washer and dryer... I met Kathy the owner and she was genuinely friendly and made us feel at home.. Most importantly the beach was not crowded and noisy.. We hope to book next year and I highly recommend checking out this property.. Reasonable to rent too!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful rental in North Beach. The home was in immaculate condition, was beautifully appointed and just steps away from the ocean. We comfortably fit 6 adults within our family and had all the conveniences you could need. The owner / property manager was especially helpful. We highly recommend this property!!!

This property is part of a main ocean front estate. It is kept impeccably and beautifully appointed. The owner is most gracious and attentive. Steps to a private path gives access to a beautiful beach. The dunes are a bit of a challenge for these two seniors but a wonderful town-provided dune buggy awaits a couple of blocks south for those with limited mobility (by the tennis courts). It is a perfect spot in which to enjoy summer (or anytime) on LBI.

Luke and his family were wonderful guests. Very polite and kind. They took care of the house well and left it very clean.
The house is beautiful and perfectly situated to the beach. We had 4 adults and 3 young children in our group and it was perfect! Kathy is great and easy to work with and helped to make our stay extremely enjoyable!
