The property features four bedrooms and two baths. The downstairs bedroom adjacent to the dining room has a king size bed, wide screen TV and a shower bathroom. The large bedroom suite on the second floor has two queen beds. A stairway leads from the suite to the sunlit third floor where there are two additional twin beds. Another bedroom on the second floor features a twin and double bed. The house very comfortably sleeps eight. The second floor bathroom has a brand new tub and shower. There is a spacious living room with a wide screen TV and a couch that converts to a sleeping bed if you need one. There is large dining room and a kitchen with a newer model gas range and dishwasher. There is also a bright sun room for morning coffee and reading. Marvels Market is just steps away at the end of the street and features fresh home made donuts in the morning as well as sandwiches throughout the day. There are no fewer than four eating and drinking establishments within a quarter mile of the house. There is also a large side deck that features an outdoor shower and pet gate. There is plenty of room in the yard for outdoor grilling and dining. A crossing light at long beach boulevard leads you up to the restored white sand beaches of LBI. Beach badges are provided for your use. A block to the west is a bay beach and gazebo to enjoy the sunsets and watch the boats sail by. This home has it all for a perfect family vacation.

We stayed in this home the week of 6/29. It had everything we needed for a great vacation. Beach badges, beach cart, bikes, chairs. There was enough room for everyone to have their own little space, so we weren't in everyone's way, yet had enough common areas that we could have family and friends over and not feel cramped. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than we were used to, but the light on the corner made it easy. Plus on the corner was Marvels Market Donuts (yum). The sunsets at the end of the street were wonderful. It seemed the entire neighborhood came out to watch. Everyone was so nice and friendly. House is in a nice neighborhood where everyone greeted me with hellos and good mornings when I walked my dog. Oh.. and that's the best part, dog friendly. Owner, Bill, was very easy to get in touch with and helped out with issues.

We had a lovely week staying at this quaint beach home. The location was perfect for us - situated on the Bay side where we can easily walk down the block and watch the unbelievable sunsets. Yet close enough to the Ocean where we can still walk and not worry about parking. We enjoy walking so for us 3 blocks is close to the beach. We liked being able to walk to restaurants, the donut shop and Wawa. My son was able to ride his bike around town meeting friends who were staying in other LBI houses and together they would ride to nearby places like Bay Village. We were able to bring our small dog and she was able to freely go out the back patio which was enclosed. My husband claimed the porch area for his office - he had some work to do and was able to get privacy in that area. The house itself was very spacious making it great for large families. The house had all the amenities needed for a beach home. Bill, the owner was very helpful and greeted us when we arrived. We would definitely rent this house again!

Lots of space and beds for the very reasonable price, convenient to Beach Haven, Fantasy Island, etc., nice beach on both ocean and bay sides, owner is helpful and responsive, everything worked, amenities (AC, cable, washer/dryer, dishwasher, grill, outdoor showers) are good, and we loved the side sun room. Worked perfectly for get togethers with extended family and visitors. Minor issues are distance to ocean beach (although there is light to cross Long Beach Blvd) and kitchen and baths could use updating. Would definitely come again and recommend to others.
