Policies
Full refund up to one month before the stay.
In the event a prospective tenant cancels their reservation within one month before the stay, the seller will provide a full refund minus any broker's fees incurred by the seller if the property re-rents at the same price prior to the arrival date.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great place for generational families
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3rd vacation here. The layout was perfect, with our two married children and the grand kids on the second floor while we and our brother were on the third floor. The decks are amazing! We watched the sunset over the bay almost every night. Our only negative was that the grill was in the back on the ground, so we didn’t grill as often as we would have liked.

What a great house, great space, great views! A short walk to the beach. Our group of 12 had another fantastic week on LBI!
My family has been vacationing on LBI since the 70s, and we have stayed in many different houses up and down the island. Josephine’s home in Holgate was one of my favorites, without a doubt!

LBI 2024 Vacation
This was our 8th year staying in Holgate NJ and experiencing the beauty of LBI NJ, which is a spectacular beach community. We've stayed in the same house for the past 5 years and couldn't be happier. The house is beautiful with every amenity one could hope for. The owner, Josephine is so easy to work with. She is simply and is just a wonderful person.

Wonderful spot in Holgate
Wonderful house, 1 block from the beach, well stocked with supplies and perfect for our family vacation. The owner Josephine is very responsive and really puts forth the effort to ensure her renters have everything they need. Would definitely rent again!

Great place
First time to Holgate and we will be back. This house is fantastic, 6 BR, many decks to choose from, 4 minutes to the beach, one minute to the playground, tennis and basketball courts. We had eleven people from 6 months to grandparents. Shops 5 minutes away. Something for everyone.

A Sunset Lover’s Dream
We loved this house! Everything about it was perfect. It is a great layout for large families. Your large party can comfortably dine inside or outside and the rooftop views are breathtaking. Holgate is by far our favorite town in LBI. It is quiet and peaceful and a quick bike ride or short drive to the shops, restaurants and Fantasy Island. Josephine is a pleasure to work with and so helpful and responsive. You won’t be sorry you spent your vacation at her lovely home in Holgate!

Don’t miss this house!
We just spent our third year at this amazing home in Holgate. The location can’t be beat and Josephine is an amazing host. Her home has everything you want and more! The layout is perfect for large families. We always look forward to Boardwalk Ice Cream and Bowker’s,
which are both close. Don’t pass up this home for an amazing getaway.

Highly Recommend
This house was a dream! From start to finish, Josephine was a pleasure to work with! She provided all the information we needed in a very timely manner, including a detailed list on what we needed to bring and what the house offered. The house was perfect for our large family, and comfortably slept our family of 12! Lots of space to spread out and relax. Our favorite part of the week was viewing July 4th fireworks from the rooftop deck! We look forward to staying in the future!
