Our renovated, two-story beach house is just a 2-minute walk from the beach (oceanside)! We're in a quiet, residential neighborhood but still close to WaWa's, Marvel's Bakery, and many restaurants & shops. The Fantasy Island Amusement Park, mini-golf, and water park are just one mile away! Details: Spacious dormer upstairs with three single beds. Two bedrooms with queen beds on first floor. One full bath plus outside shower. Fully-stocked kitchen. Wireless internet, TV's (4), cable and DVD. A/C's on both floors and in each bedroom. Outside shower. Front porch and private, fenced in, back patio area. Gas grill. Porch furniture. Blankets and pillows are provided, but please bring linens and towels. Parking for two cars; additional parking on street. Please, no pets. Check-in Saturday at 4pm, checkout by 10am.

Just what we needed!

Ruth and Greg's home was fantastic for our family getaway. Easy, quick walk to the beach (with lifeguards!), so could go back and forth throughout the day with out feeling like it was a schlepp. Home was up to date and very clean. We loved sitting on the front porch and back patio, and were quick walking distance to WaWa, Marvell's Bakery, California Grill, El Swell taco, and ice cream. There is no washer/dryer, so bring enough for the week, or hit the laundromat in Surf City (that's what we did- not a big deal at all). We look forward to our next visit.

Cute home for a family vacation

The property is beautiful. Love the backyard!
Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.
Couches need to be updated as they are falling apart (leather is peeling/falling off).

Great week at the beach!

Ruth’s home is immaculate and in a great location. Conveniently close to great restaurants, shopping, and of course - the beach! We especially loved the spacious backyard & outdoor shower. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Amazing family friendly beach house!

Great beach house rental for families!

We LOVED this house which is set up perfectly for a family with kids. My three kids loved sleeping in the spacious and comfortable upstairs dormer and I loved the brand-new, squeaky clean outdoor shower and giant backyard, perfect for grilling out and playing games. The entire house is spotless and new. The location of this house is also great - just a stone's throw from Marvel's Donuts, ice cream at the Meltdown, awesome tacos at El Swell, and the best Wawa in New Jersey :). We will definitely be back!
