Security deposit
Tenant agrees to pay security deposit of $500.00. This security deposit will be held in a separate account and returned to the tenant approximately two (2) weeks after rental period terminates, but no later than 30 days, so long as all rent is paid and the property is left clean and undamaged. If the home is not clean, owners will deduct a $140.00 cleaning fee from the security damage deposit. Owners will notify the tenant of any dirt and damage claims prior to releasing these monies.

New 3 bedroom, 6 from beach with ultra comfy beds!

This was my family’s eighth year in Long Beach Island. We found this beautiful home just six houses from the beach. We stayed on the first floor. It was immaculate and newly renovated within weeks, elegant kitchen, new bathroom. The beds in all three bedrooms were more comfortable than my home in Westfield.
Also every room had an individual AC. We were so comfortable we did not want to go home.

Great Ocean Block Duplex

We rented the bottom unit at the end of June. It was spotless clean, updated & new appliances. Conveniently located 6 houses from the beach with Wawa & restaurants within 2 blocks. Frank was a gracious host & was there at checkin to make sure everything was good.

It's a Shore Thing

Perfect house for a family vacation. property is clean and well maintained, Furnishings are updated and very comfortable. Owner is a pleasure to deal with and he takes great pride in ensuring a comfortable stay.

Great location

We had a great stay! Very clean home in a perfect location. Lots of parking and a fabulous front porch to sit back and relax. The owner, Frank, was super easy to communicate with. I would recommend!

Wonderful, blessed vacation!

God surely gave us a wonderful, relaxing vacation this year as we stayed at Frank and Dana's rental, 5 houses from the beach. Their improvements to their home added to our stay with warm and welcoming additions to all the bedrooms, a cozy living room, a front deck with comfortable furniture to enjoy a good book, central air conditioning with temperature controls in each room, laundry room in the garage for our use, a favorite-the outdoor shower and every need in their well equipped kitchen. There were also 8 badges for the beach for our use and being so close made it convenient for everyone. We look forward to going again next year already.
I highly recommend renting from JS LB1 Real Estate LLC. You will not be disappointed.
