SINGLE FAMILY OCEANSIDE 4 BEDROOM HOME IN BEAUTIFUL BARNEGAT LIGHT - Fantastic location with a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on Long Beach Island. Lifeguard protection positioned on the beach directly down from the entrance onto the beach from the dunes. All new, well-equipped kitchen, new flooring throughout the house, new indoor and outdoor furniture, all interior doors, new bedding, fresh paint and much more. There are five decks - front and back on both living floors plus roof deck. Cast aluminum bar table with four cushioned swivel stools on the roof deck make for comfortable sipping, dining and conversing while enjoying views of the ocean and the bay. Sunset views are spectacular! Polywood dining table with 2 chairs and 2 benches for outdoor dining on the deck outside the main living area.
Large closets in all 4 Bedrooms. 2.5 baths + spacious outdoor shower. The top floor has a master bedroom, back deck, full and half bath, an open living space comprised of a brand new, well-equipped kitchen, living and dining area. The front deck leads to roof deck stairs. Lower floor has 3 bedrooms, den, full bath and laundry room. Bistro table and 2 comfy chairs on front lower deck make for shady outdoor relaxing. Rear deck spans the width of the house and is accessible from both rear bedrooms.
We have Comcast xfinity cable TV and high speed wireless internet so you can stay connected.
We are located close to Viking Village shops, restaurants, coffee and ice cream shop, boat rentals, sunset cruises, party boats, fishing, crabbing, etc. Short trip to Barnegat Lighthouse, brand new mini-golf, restaurants, shops, parasailing, boat rentals, kayaks, SUP rentals, etc. Nearby Bay beach is great for small children. Many events and activities are scheduled in the summer months as well as throughout the year. Enjoy evening lighthouse climbs, sand castle building competitions, free concerts, craft shows and much more. Barnegat Light is a magical place to make summer memories to last a lifetime!

Favorite Rental
Our family has been renting in Ocean City, NJ and Barnegat light for 7 years now. This was by far our favorite location. The house is clean, modern, and spacious. The views from the roof deck are amazing, you can see the ocean and bay at the same time. It is also an easy walk to the beach. Finally, the owners were super responsive and everything was ready for our arrival. We loved it. Thank you so much.

Summer Bliss
You can’t ask for much more in a beach home.
It’s an awesome house to stay in: spotlessly clean, cheerful, well equipped, spacious, great decks; and the owners were helpful and always responded quickly. We loved grilling while looking out at the ocean, and checking out the stars at night on the roof deck.
Just a few blocks north is a reasonably priced bike and linen rental place. We biked daily to the lighthouse and climbed to the top each time, and had fried clams at Ralph’s. We had lots of outstanding seafood at restaurants and also bought terrific fish from the Blue Claw in Surf City. Don’t miss the cheese shop in Surf City, they carry the best burrata I’ve ever had!
We hated to leave!

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY
We cannot say enough wonderful things about this gorgeous home. Truly perfect in every way. It is a home away from home. If you love to cook, this is the place for you. The kitchen is FULLY equipped. Enjoy your meals on the second floor deck and then head up to the roof deck for a sunset dessert! The beds and furniture are new and comfortable. Stephanie and Joe have thought of everything and it is obvious that they love their home. We can't wait to return.

Amazing Experience
Renting from Stephanie and Joe was amazing from start to finish. Stephanie was quick to respond, incredibly accommodating, and just an overall really kind person.
The house has everything you could possibly need, it was very clean, well maintained, lots of space, great open floor plan, close proximity to the beach, great views from the many decks of sunrise and sunset, and a great central location to nice restaurants, Barnegat Lighthouse, mini golf, Viking Village, Poppy's Ice Cream shop and more!
You should definitely consider this home for your next trip to LBI - you will not find a nicer home with nicer owners!

Barnegat Light Perfection
“PERFECT” is the name for this home in Barnegat Light. The home was amazing from the furnishings, to the decor, to the decks, to the proximity to beach…the owners have thought of everything! It had all the comforts of home and some…we were never lacking for anything.
We spent our days on beach, the evenings on the decks. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing. Mini Golf, walks, shopping, restaurants, bike rides…everything is close by. We already reserved for next year…we can’t wait to come back!

Pristine and Perfect Barnegat Light Getaway
We had the best time at this pristine oceanside beach house! We rented the house with our friends - 2 families with kids. The layout is ideal. Enough space and comfortable beds for everyone. The multiple decks even allowed private space to hang out. The outside deck off the kitchen was great for family dinners and the rooftop deck was superb for sunset. The kitchen is spacious and has all the amenities. The location is also great. The house is a very short walk to one of the nicest beaches on LBI. It was so great to spend a full day on the beach yet be able to go back and forth to the house without any trouble. Everyone also loved the beautiful outdoor shower. You can also walk to the bayside, which we did several times in the morning to grab coffee and enjoy a nice morning stroll. The homeowners were friendly, responsive and everything went smoothly. There is nothing more we could have asked for, this home was the perfect LBI vacation and we look forward to returning. I highly recommend this rental!

Great beach house!
As a family, we have visited Barnegat Light five times in the last couple of years, and have stayed in a few different rental properties. This house is hands down the best! It is newly renovated, well-appointed, and extremely clean. The decor is beachy and comfortable, with multiple decks for hanging out, eating, or watching the sunset. The house has every amenity you could ask for, including a spacious outdoor shower, board games, multiple tv's (with Netflix), washer/dryer, excellent air conditioning, kitchen appliances and gadgets galore, and tons of items for your beach use. The location is incredible- just 7 houses from the beach, and close to great food, parasailing, and mini golf. The hosts, Stephanie & Joe, went above and beyond to accommodate us when we inadvertently misplaced one of the bed's mattress covers. They drove over an hour to get to the house in order to help us find it. They couldn't have been more accessible and helpful! We enjoyed our stay so much that we are returning again next summer to their beautiful house!

Fantastic Home
We had an amazing week during covid at this beautiful beach home. The home is lovely with all you could possibly need in the kitchen for sure! The outdoor shower is clean , enormous and newly built. There was enough room for the family of 6 to escape from one another into the decks and or back yard area. Stephanie & Joe were quick to communicate and attend to any questions or concerns we had. We are looking to make this a yearly trip !

Amazing Beach Rental!
We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie and Joe's beautiful home! From the moment we walked into the house we knew we had chosen the right beach house for our family vacation. It was clean, bright, inviting, and newly renovated. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the many decks this house had to offer but we especially loved watching the sunset on the rooftop deck with views of both the ocean and the bay. The location was beyond ideal - steps to the beach and a quick car ride to mini-golf, the lighthouse, great restaurants, ice cream, and shopping. We had everything we needed within minutes. Stephanie was so personable and easy to work with from the very beginning and readily available prior to and during our stay. Lastly and most importantly this summer, Stephanie and Joe went above and beyond to keep us safe from COVID by putting extra cleaning measures in place. They also delivered clean mattress covers and blankets prior to our stay. We are so very thankful for their attentiveness to safety during these unprecedented times. Look no further - this is a great beach house!

Barnegat Light has been our family summer home for generations. Literally since before the train came into town. We have our favorite beaches. We know the local families and we know the families who show up every summer for their vacations to the same place. We, and our kids, have grown up together. This year for the first time in generations, we needed to rent in Barnegat Light. It's tough trying to replicate your life's experience in a rental. We could not have been luckier or happier to come across Stephanie and Joe's home. It ticked as much of our "must have" boxes as possible save the dog, most importantly the new requirement of a short dune walk and a handicapped parking spot at the end of the street as the dunes on our beloved street are just too long to manage for some of our family members going forward.
There was a lot of uncertainty about vacationing during the covid pandemic. Stephanie and Joe kept us informed of what was opening on the island, what was available and most importantly the extra steps they were taking to ensure the house was clean and ready after the previous renters vacated. As owners, Stephanie and Joe are very welcoming and responsive. Same day responsive. Often within the hour responsive. All of my questions and concerns were addressed immediately with kindness and clarity. Stephanie went out of her way to make sure we had a clear idea of accommodations and anything at all related to the house and island - even offering information we hadn't thought to ask. Stephanie and Joe's kind and caring demeanor and obvious love of their home and the island made us feel like we were definitely on the same page. They truly try to think of everything (even a spare fuel tank for the grill) and make everything available to their renters so they can offer the best experience possible.
The house itself is GORGEOUS and impeccably maintained. Everything you could possibly need is available from can openers to lobster pots and crab traps and everything works! The refrigerator was brand new and large enough to fit food for all of us AND our company. The sensor on the new fridge wasn't working properly for the water and ice dispenser so Stephanie and Joe took it upon themselves to leave us a filtered water pitcher and bag of ice until the sensors could be replaced. It was never a big deal to us, but their concern that we were not inconvenienced was not lost on us either. They went out of their way to make sure we had all of the creature comforts! The kitchen is well stocked for the most talented of cooks as is the binder with all of the menus for restaurants around the island. Recommendations were spot on.
Having the master upstairs on the main level and the other spacious three bedrooms downstairs, along with the den offered us the ability to get some quiet, private time and the ability to complete college courses and take a few work calls without interfering with everyone else's vacation time. The closet in the den was also stocked with lots of favorite family games. The outdoor shower has magnificent water pressure too, which was a treat we never had at our beloved family home. The views from the decks were so wonderful (both ocean and bay for sunrises and sunsets and everything in between) we found we were spending more time at the house relaxing than we ever have in the literal generations of time we've enjoyed at our own family's home - and the air conditioning was a blessing during the height of the heat of our stay. We felt at home in this gorgeous and well appointed house and our vacation was picture perfect filled with good times, relaxing moments and lots of precious family time. It was very hard to leave. We wouldn't have changed a thing. We loved some of the things Stephanie and Joe thought of that we really appreciated and we wished we could have stretched our visit another month or two. This is a truly beautiful and welcoming home for your beach vacation, and I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Stephanie and Joe. If this house is available during the time you are looking to visit Barnegat Light, jump on in. You will be so happy you did!
