Pet Fee $50 per night- only allow certain breeds of dogs, no cats, $150 cleaning fee without a pet, $200 cleaning fee with a pet or for multi week rentals. Backyard is not for tenant use, front deck and back patio are for tenant use. Grill and outdoor shower are for tenant use. Laundry has cold water only and needs to get turned off in the winter months. Cable and wifi and utilities are included for summer rentals. Utilities are not included for winter rentals. No firearms or smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant is responsible for snow removal in the winter. There is parking in the driveway on the right side of the house for one car. Any others cars would need to be parked in the street. Please pull up past the front deck.

RATES - subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50%, cleaning fee, and security deposit will be due prior to arrival.

So nice

I love this place; 2nd time staying. Quiet, safe, clean, and convenient. Owners are so accommodating. I’m here for medical appts and owners have let me extend my stay due to unforeseen circumstance. Easy on and off island. Very nice walking, shops, beach, inlet. Very happy for this opportunity!

Great place! Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here with our dog. Place was perfect - great location, comfortable, clean. Host was very responsive and welcoming. I would recommend this place for a couple and/or small family. Dog friendly is very helpful!

The Perfect Beach House - Great location in Surf City

Ed and Barbara are great. The Gerdts beach house was a perfect setting for our family vacation. It is perfect. My family and pet love it. It is clean comfortable and equipped with everything you could need laundry, grill, covered deck, outside dinner area and parking. We couldn't have asked for a better spot or people. They were very friendly and helpful with anything we asked or needed. We have rented for 2 years in a row and we have already booked for next season. Love it.

Perfect Beach Rental

My husband and I stayed here for a week in June with our dog and the unit and location were both amazing. A short walk to the beach, the bay, and lots of shopping, bars, and restaurants in Surf City. The unit was clean and the perfect size for us. It also had a great front porch and backyard with grill which made it easy to alternate between going out to dinner and dining at the house comfortably. We met the hosts on our last day and they couldn’t have been nicer. Looking forward to renting here in the future!

Fabulous beach house - Great location in Surf City

The Gerdts charming beach house was a perfect setting for our family of four. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and in a great location just blocks from the beach and the bay. Good parking and equipped with everything you could need: Grill, laundry facility, covered deck and beautiful back patio and outside dinner area. We couldn't have asked for a better spot or people. They were very gracious and we have already booked for next season......Don't miss out on this Gem!!!

Very comfortable

A very comfortable and inviting place to stay. The homeowners were very attentive to any questions we had. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and a smart TV hung on the wall. The outside deck was an added bonus with an outside space in the backyard to hang after a day at the beach.

Best Deal on LBI

I rented a Month with Ed and Barbara. they were awesome owners. Ready to help with anything I needed. Place was Amazing. Well appointed. Great access to everything you want in Surf City. Couldn't recommend higher.
