Family friendly home welcomes guests who will treat our home like their own.

$500 refundable deposit due at booking. 50% of weekly rental due 7 days after booking, remainder of 50% due 1 month prior to Saturday rental. CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations will be charged 15% of the gross rent if the property is re-rented for the full amount. If property is not re-rented for the full amount, the full rental deposit of 50% of the weekly rental is forfeited. All cancellations must be in writing. Your reservation will be in effect upon receipt of your deposit and the cancellation policy will apply. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, including hurricanes, or for activities beyond control of OWNER. We recommend all guests purchase trip insurance to cover any possible cancellations. Cleaning fee $185 due with final 50% payment 30 days prior to rental start. Linen rentals (sheets and personal towels), available upon request. Additional $200 fee for linen rentals, if requested, due with final 50% payment 1 month prior to rental start.

Fantastic Rental

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation staying in this rental. We have rented many times before and this house is kept above and beyond those we have stayed in before. Newly renovated and beautiful. The owners keep the house as if it were your own and not just for renters. It is on the beach block with a wonderful walkway to the ocean. Stunning views from the decks with well appointed furniture. Loads of living spaces so the family can spread out or be together. Easy walk to Whites, Viking Village or down to the lighthouse. We will definitely stay there again!
