Oceanfront Duplex located at 5101 Long Beach Blvd. (corner of Pershing Ave). This house is immaculate and consists of 2 separate units (1st floor and 2nd floor units). Each unit has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and all the amenities of home plus an outdoor shower with dressing room and oceanfront decks with a table and chairs. The house has direct access to the beach and includes seasonal beach badges. It is located one block from the local deli, park, tennis court and bay for fishing. 2024 Fall Weekends start at $950. Summer of 2024 July and August weekly rentals are $4200 for 1st floor unit and $4400 for 2nd floor unit. Keywords: House

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Perfect Family Getaway
We enjoyed everything about this home, from working with the owner to book the home, to the property and its amenities, and most of all, the location. We are planning to make this home our annual family vacation. The home is clean, the outdoor showers are spacious with hot water, and the access to the beach can not be beat.

Just Perfect
We just got back from renting the 1st floor and had a great time. The house was clean, spacious and location could not be beat. We were a little worried about noise not having stayed in duplex before but we were happy to find there was no need for worry. The rooms were a great size and plenty of storage. I’ll miss my morning cup of coffee on the deck!

Just what we needed!
We stayed for a week in early June. The weather was beautiful which allowed us to spend many mornings, afternoons and evenings on one of the two decks with wonderful breezes and beautiful views! The beach was never too crowded and the proximity to the wildlife preserve was amazing. We walked down there many times. It was so peaceful and calming with very few people around us. Our accommodations were comfortable and clean...perfect for 2 of us (with some space to spare if we decide to come back down with our kids in the future). The week we spent in Holgate was more wonderful than I could have ever imagined being "down the shore". The perfect getaway during this crazy time!

Beautiful beach house!
I was in town for a wedding and stayed here with my family. We were very impressed by this property. It is well-maintained, updated, and immaculately clean. It is literally footsteps from the beach. the outdoor shower is a nice amenity. Mark was very professional and easy to get in touch with. I thought the price was very reasonable. Would stay here again.

Lovely 3 bedroom apartment in Holgate
The weather didn't cooperate for 1/2 of our stay but the accommodations were lovely, clean and well-appointed. The beach is a little difficult to access directly from the house because of beach erosion. We had a chance to take in the beautiful view from the 2nd floor and rooftop balcony on a nice day. The landlord was easy to reach and communications were friendly and easy.

Our home away from home...
We have stayed in the upstairs unit in this house every year since the year it was finished. It's home. The location is superb, not solely because it's oceanfront, but because it's in Holgate. Perfect.

Worry Free Vacation...... From Start to Finish
Family rented the top floor of this property.... From the very beginning of inquiring about the property to the moment we sadly closed the door to leave our vacation, I can't express how worry free our vacation was. If your looking for a quite getaway with fantastic morning coffee views of the ocean look no further. Property is advertised to exacts, owners are real pleasure to deal with, and beach location felt you were somewhere other then the Jersey shore. Wonderful vacation... Actually convinced us so much we put a bid on a home a few blocks away for our own...... The Kellys

What a wonderful experience we had at this house. From my first contact with the owners to the day we left. The house was well equiped and had everything we needed. It was well maintained and everything was in excellent working order. The owner was very quick to respond to all of my questions leading up to our vacation. The view was great and being right on the beach the kids could run back and forth for snacks and drinks! We did contact the owner after the second night because of a very uncomfortable master bedroom mattress and he responded within a few short hours and actually purchased a new box spring and mattress and had it delivered within 48 hours!! We would definetly recommend this house to anyone.

Oue Home Away from Home!
We have vacationed here every year since it was built. It is beautifully finished, is always immaculate and it's in the perfect location. It has come to feel like 'our' beach house!

Beach House Dream
This beach house was perfect in every way. It was very clean, cozy and accommodating. Kitchen had all the amenities of home.We enjoyed dining on the deck with beautiful views of the ocean plus the roof over the deck allowed us to have a good time even on a rainy day. The kids loved the short walk over the dune to the beach....perfect for running back and forth during the day. Outdoor shower was a hit! The owner was incredibly easy to work with...always answering my emails within minutes in the months leading up to our vacation and right before arrival. Looking forward to next year!
