This inviting home offers guests complete comfort with (linens included up to 8 people, but 6 is more comfortable.) 2 bedrooms and living room queen couch sleeper sofa, 1 ½ baths. Bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans and closet space for all. The master suite includes a Queen Bed, while the guest room includes two twin beds. A third “bonus room” currently has a twin mattress bunk bed, stacked washer/dryer, toilet and vanity all in the same room. It’s weird, I know, but it's a functional. It is sure to make your beach vacation experience more legit.
The spacious living room hosts multiple seating areas and an open kitchen complete with breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped - amenities include all wood cabinets, granite counter tops, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig pod coffee machine, blender, variety of kitchen gadgets, and gas stove. Comfortably furnished sunroom with couch and table for games, eating, and making memories. Wireless high speed Internet access and cable are included. Two bedrooms have flat screen TVs while the family room has a large TV with DVD/VCR players. Window unit AC. No beach house is complete without a backyard patio to gather after a long day on the beach. Grill dinner outside while dining in the private backyard space.
For your convenience, there is an outdoor shower for use upon arriving home from a fun-filled day at the beach. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants, shopping, miniature golf, Bay Village, Fantasy Island, Beach Haven Yacht Club, Morrison’s Marina, Surflight Theater and many other local attractions.
Absolutely no smoking inside or pets allowed at any time. No loud parties with underage drinking, drugs, etc or your vacation will be cut short. Sorry, this is not "Animal House".

Don't let the low price scare you. We just want it rented so you and your family can enjoy LBI without having to pay an arm and a leg to do it. Owners live upstairs, we are quiet, respectful of your family downstairs, and quick to resolve potential issues. No waiting on a Realtor or office to open up at 8am.

This is a great family rental close to shops, restaurants, water park and most importantly, the beach and bay. The home is well maintained, clean and the owners couldn't be more kind and friendly. Would definitely book this place again.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Our family of seven found this rental the perfect size. Ductless AC units kept the space very comfortable. Owners were receptive to our needs and replenished supplies quickly. Bonus room was perfect for our two older kids. Loved the location, provided quick bike rides to the beach, Fantasy Island amusement park, the bay, as well as restaurants and ice cream!

This beachouse has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location provides access to all you could ask for .. restaurants, stores, ocean beach, amusement parks all within walking/biking distance and beautiful sunset views from front screened in porch. The owners are wonderful. Love staying here, highly recommend.

We spent a fun filled week with family at this cozy house near the bay. It was a short walk to view awesome sunsets. There are many good restaurants nearby and still only a few blocks from the beach. Perfect location.
The house is very comfortable and well equipped with a nice outdoor shower. We enjoyed grilling and spending evenings on the patio.
The owners are friendly, helpful and accommodating when we needed anything.

If you haven’t been to LBI before or have kids that like to walk around and see all the shops/restaurants etc, this is a prime location for getting the lay of the land. Beach Haven is the most happening part of the island and this unit is right in the heart of it. If you want fast and easy you have Holiday Snack Bar and Barry’s a block away. If you want fancy, lively, drinks, seafood etc you have Tucker’s Tavern, Buckalew’s, Black Whale, Bird and Betty’s all within 2-3 blocks. You can walk a short 7-8 blocks to Fantasy Island for the kids. Bay Village has a great Belgian waffles and ice cream place called The Windmill. There’s even a Brewery (Ship Bottom) for the adults to have a quick pick me up. Aside from the surroundings, the house itself is suitable for a family of 6 with everyone getting a bed. The kitchen is in good shape with granite countertops and the space is nice and cool with the ductless units installed. There is a garage to put all of your beach stuff and bikes in. The outdoor shower is nice and there is a good grill out back for a night where you’re eating in. Give this place a try. Maybe you can have a great vacation like we did.

The best part of this house in my opinion, is the Front Porch. Enclosed with screens to keep out the bugs, and the cool breeze coming off the Bay. When I stay at LBI, being outside is most important. Inside is for sleeping, bathroom and a a little bit of cooking. The outside shower was clean and spacious-(never use indoor showers when in LBI for vaca). House was immaculate, and even though the owners were upstairs, never would have known they were there. Looking to book for 2022.

Had a wonderful stay here. Perfect location to walk to all that Beach Haven has to offer. Beautiful bay sunsets. House is spacious, comfortable and well equipped, loved linens/bath towels included. Nice owners who offer their help and as others have noted barely noticeable. Love the front porch, outdoor shower/patio and bonus 2nd bath. Already booked to return next summer!

A great location for beach heaven! ! All the stores and the beach is nearby. My family had a great time here. Most of everything you need is at the house. The owner lives upstairs but you don’t ever really realize.

We lucked out in getting to stay at with the Bement's earlier this summer. This spot is perfectly located for a family or friends looking for a fun week at the beach. We were there with our two kids and 3 other adults. The beds are comfortable and everything was tidy. It was probably the best appointed rental I've ever used, with plenty of kitchen supplies etc. Wheeler was living upstairs with his son and was able to address any questions or needs that popped up. Communication prior to arrival was great. We were racing sailboats on the Bay and Wheeler even helped us modify parts for the boat in his workshop. When it was time to go I had trouble with our trailer lights and he literally spent 2 hours with me, pulling out tools and parts to rewire my lights so that I could get on the road. I mean, it was incredible, one of the nicest things anyone's ever done for me. I honestly don't know what I would have done without his help. Not that this gives more details on the house but I'll vouch for the character of the owner. He's a SAINT!!
