Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom/2 bath property type. The house has Central A/C for your comfort. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with 2 double beds (which has a TV) and the other with 2 twin beds, comfortable for sleeping up to 10 people. The living room is furnished with comfortable couches and several chairs and a flat screen TV, equipped with cable and a stereo. There is also Wifi and a landline telephone. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a table that seats 8 and an island with 3 more seats. There is also an enclosed back porch with another refrigerator and a table with seating for 4. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and lots of pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishes/glassware for all of your needs. A washer and a dryer are also in the house for your convenience. The enclosed front deck has a table and seating for 8, along with several lounge chairs. In the back yard is a patio with a picnic table and gas grill. The enclosed outdoor shower is also in the back along with a generous clothesline for hanging all your suits and towels after a nice day at the beach. We also provide beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. The house is located on the bay side but only 1 block to the beach and 1 block to bay. On the bay side, there is Viking Village and several blocks south on the bay side is a bay beach with small playground. During the summer rental season, a Jitney Bus runs the full length of the Boulevard, all 18 miles from Barnegat Light down to Beach Haven, providing visitors with transportation to other parts of Long Beach Island. One level two Charging station available in the parking area. Two level one outlets available in the parking area.
Island Realty (Scott Dacus, agent) has been managing this property for many years. They will handle preparing the lease, collecting rental payments, and giving the keys out. Their office is located 4 blocks from this property so they are available to handle any questions/concerns you might have while staying in Barnegat Light.

Wonderful week
We had a wonderful week of fun in the sun. After coming to the NJ Shore from home in upstate NY all my life to visit my grandfather, I have been able to share this with my family. My grandfather owned a home on 30th St. which is still standing! We love coming to enjoy the ocean and visit Family. The girls had great surf lessons as well. Thanks for sharing your home.

My week was amazing!
My week was amazing! We went on a big boat. It was fun because we saw the sunset. We went to the beach, the waves were giant! and that was the first time I went boogie boarding.It was fun.I hope you're going to enjoy this beach house.

Another wonderful vacation!
This is our 30th year renting this house. Kids, grandkids and now one great grand kid. Another wonderful vacation. The weather and the water was great. Also, boated, surfed bogie boarded and walked along the rocks and of course stopped for DQ’s. Two birthday celebrations, double monopoly, two jig saw puzzle’s and card games.

It’s soooo awesome!
Hi! This is my grandparents 1st year in this house. It’s soooo awesome! Me and my cousins LOVE the mermaid in the kitchen! We have had a wonderful time our whole lives down the shore on BL. I hope we get this house next year!!

just what we’d imaged a beach house to be
This was our family’s first experience renting in LBI and it was spectacular! The house was in wonderful shape, key location and just what we’d imaged a beach house to be. We loved our walks to Viking Village every evening, the convenient walk to the beach and the locals we met as well. Thank you for allowing us to create such enduring memories. We would love the opportunity to come back here every year at the same time!

We had a great time at the shore
We had a great time at the shore. The weather was beautiful and we went to the beach everyday. We went crabbing, clamming and fishing. The girls tried it for the first time. The kids loved Fantasy Island. Ian caught a stingray and the lifeguard had to get the hook out. We were visiting from Idaho and Pennsylvania. We got a chance walk on the beach and see the full moon! We all had a wonderful week at the shore
We all had a wonderful week at the shore. We came from Nashville, Atlanta and Chicago to enjoy the 4th of July week. We cooked in, we cooked out, we ate out and we ate in. The beach was fantastic, the water was soothing and the people were amazing! Some of us went to NYC, some of us went golfing and even some never left the island. Whatever we did or didn’t do, it was a relaxing week. Thank you for giving us a Home base!
