This listing is for the back unit (b) of a reverse living, contemporary style duplex. It looks as good in person as it does in these pictures! Available weekly with a Saturday changeover. In the off-season (October - May) we rent with 3 night minimums. Price includes a changeover cleaning.
We are ONLY 2 houseS from the beach, with ocean, beach and bay views, house is elevated and consists of three stories. The ground floor has ample storage space for all your beach stuff as well as a dedicated stack-able washer and dryer extra fridge, and a Foosball table! Two front and back on site parking spots are allocated to this unit on the west (left) side of the house. Up to the second floor where you will find three bedrooms and a full bath with beds to sleep 7 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a Samsung smart WiFi enabled HDTV. All of the bedrooms contain high end Sealy “Posturepedic” mattresses with plenty of pillows for a restful sleep after a long day on the beach. Up the stairs to the third floor where you enter the open living area with a kitchen, and dining space. The living room has a 50' Samsung smart led TV with lots of windows to bring the sunny weather inside with you. The kitchen is a modern kitchen with wood cabinets and granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwasher and microwave. It is well stocked with all you the equipment and utensils you need to cook and dine in. Want to take in the fresh air? A sliding glass doors open up to a balcony with ocean views. Still want more views? Head up the spiral staircase to the roof-top deck and take in breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean, bay, beach and island. You cannot find a better rental value in ship bottom!
You can also enjoy the spacious fenced in backyard with BBQ area and HEATED in-ground pool! This shared space (with the front unit in this duplex) and features a 4ft deep in-ground heated pool with steps and a sitting wall. Two Weber gas grills and dining tables gives plenty of cooking/eating space for everyone to enjoy! To rinse off the salt and the sand from the beach, there are two outdoor showers, one in the back yard near the pool and one on the east side, both shared. In addition, we have two dedicated (one for each unit) enclosed outside showers on the west side of the house! That's 4 outside showers!
Entertainment/technology - for inside entertainment, this unit features Samsung smart Wi-Fi connected led TV’s located in the living room and master bedroom. Logon to your favorite streaming entertainment providers including Netflix, Hulu, Pandora and more or cast video from your mobile devices to these smart TV’s. Not that tech savvy? Don’t worry, we have xFinity cable TV by Comcast as well as high speed wireless internet so you can stay connected.
Destination wedding? – this would make a great place for your guests to stay! Bonnet Island Estate, Mallard Island Yacht Club, and the Stateroom are just minutes away. We are also convenient for events at other banquet halls including Sea Shell resort, Daddy O, the Boat House, yacht clubs, and more.
We open the pool each year in late April and have it heated and ready to use by May 1. It is serviced weekly and we maintain it at 85 degrees from May 1 through the beginning of October (through Chowderfest weekend). So come stay with us in May and September and enjoy great savings off in-season rates!

We have been renting annually at Shamrock By The Sea since it came on the market, sometimes twice in a year. The facilities are well cared for, comfortable, close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Everything you'd want from an LBI rental.

Once again we had a amazing time in LBI. This was our 4th year with Duane and his family. The House was great nicely cleaned when we arrived. There was anew bike in the garage along with a couple of upgrades from last year one being the WiFi. Location and pool you can’t ask for much more then 2 houses from beach and after beach being able to dip into the pool to relax esp when you have a 4 year old.

This was our third year in a row for Unit B. House is modern, clean, location perfect. Owner Duane is on top of everything, very easy to deal with, honest, pride in his beautiful house.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Duane was very helpful and attentative to any needs we had. The top deck was awesome to watch dolphins swimming in the ocean. It was so nice to step out and be right there at the beach. The heated pool was a bonus for earlier in the season stay when it's not warm enough to swim. We will be back!

We had a great time at the beach house. The house is beautiful and located in a great spot. We were only a few feet away from the beach. The house was clean, spacious and the heated pool and grill was a definite plus. The rooftop patio was another plus - beautiful view of the beach and sunrise. Not only were there lounge chairs, but there was also another patio area where our family was able to sit and enjoy the rest of the evening. Access to shops and restaurants were very convenient and the property managers were very nice. I would certainly recommend this rental. This house is perfectly located on LBI and only a few houses off the beach. Easy acces to and from the bridge and within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. The house itself is very well kept, nicely decorated and the owners are easy to contact if you have any questions or needs. We had so much fun last year that we returned this year and are already looking forward to next year!
