This listing is for the back unit (b) of a reverse living, contemporary style townhouse. It looks as good in person as it does in these pictures! Available weekly with a Friday changeover. In the off-season (October - May) we rent with 3 night minimums. Price includes a changeover cleaning.
We are ONLY 2 houses from the beach, with ocean, beach and bay views, house is elevated and consists of three stories. The ground floor has ample storage space for all your beach stuff as well as a dedicated stack-able washer and dryer extra fridge, and a Foosball table! Two front and back on site parking spots are allocated to this unit on the west (left) side of the house.
Up to the second floor where you will find three bedrooms and a full bath. We have a king, queen, full and twin (bunk) beds. We do not allow sleeping on couches or air mattresses. Our bed configuration sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably on floor level beds. One additional twin bed is available for a 7th person as a bunk above the full in the third bedroom. The master bedroom has a Samsung smart WiFi enabled HDTV. All of the bedrooms contain high end Sealy “Posturepedic” mattresses with plenty of pillows for a restful sleep after a long day on the beach.
Up the stairs to the third floor where you enter the open living area with a kitchen, and dining space. The living room has a 50' Samsung smart led TV with lots of windows to bring the sunny weather inside with you. The kitchen is a modern kitchen with wood cabinets and granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwasher and microwave. It is well stocked with all you the equipment and utensils you need to cook and dine in. Want to take in the fresh air? A sliding glass doors open up to a balcony with ocean views. Still want more views? Head up the spiral staircase to the roof-top deck and take in breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean, bay, beach and island. You cannot find a better rental value in ship bottom!
You can also enjoy the spacious fenced in backyard with BBQ area and HEATED in-ground pool! This shared space (with the front townhouse that we also own) and features a 4ft deep in-ground heated pool with steps and a sitting wall. Two Weber gas grills and dining tables gives plenty of cooking/eating space for everyone to enjoy! To rinse off the salt and the sand from the beach, there is a outdoor shower near the pool. In addition, we have two dedicated (one for each unit) enclosed outside showers on the west side of the house!
ENTERTAINMENT/TECHNOLOGY - For inside entertainment, this unit features two flat screen SMART TV’s with Roku sticks to access all YOUR favorite streaming sources. The TV's are in both the living room and master bedroom. We provide a subscription to Direct TV "Choice" Stream with over 90 live tv channels and access to over 45000 on demand titles. With over 800MBS you can stream as much content as you desire! We supply high speed internet using a wireless Google mesh system for a reliable WIFI signal.
HEATED POOL
We open the pool each year in late April and have it heated and ready to use by the first Saturday in May. It is serviced weekly and we maintain it at 85 degrees from May through the beginning of October (through Chowderfest weekend). So come stay with us in May and September and enjoy great savings off in-season rates!

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Beach rental
Went to LBI for a week in august with the family . Good memories and fun times were had. House is perfectly located to the beach just a short walk and the kids loved the pool. Great view from the rooftop! Duane is also very helpful if needed. Will have to go back again.

Best vacation rental!
We had a truly wonderful time at Shamrock by the Sea. It was perfect for my husband, toddler, in laws and I. Very well equipped with anything you could need for your stay. I was especially impressed with the mattresses (best night sleep in a rental I’ve ever had) and the above average quality and condition of the kitchen supplies. Sunsets on the roof deck, dips in the heated pool after the beach.

Amazing!
We were a family of 3, with a 3 year old. We had an amazing time and really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, beautiful and thoughtfully arranged. It felt like home to be here and our smallest family member did not even say she wanted to go home like she usually does. Duane was so easy to communicate with, accommodating and thoughtful. We loved it here and will be back.

Winter Getaway
Awesome few days in LBI, even with a blizzard. The place was sparkling clean and had everything necessary to enjoy a relaxing weekend. Duane, the owner, was so responsive and helpful, and did everything in his power to make our stay enjoyable…from rounding up guys to help plow us out after 16 inches of snow to simply checking in to make sure all was well. Would definitely rent this home again, Five star experience from start to finish. Thanks for everything, Duane

Great stay
We had a great stay at Shamrock on the Sea for an off-season LBI family vacation in spring 2021. The location is excellent, central on the island, close to the beach and a number of stores/restaurants. The owner Duane was a pleasure at all points of our stay from booking to checkout! He was extremely helpful afterwards when we realized we forgot something that had to be mailed back. Would highly recommend, and for next year we'd hope to stay during the regular season
