Sweet Retreat

This was such an enjoyable escape for us! I came down with my mom and my 2 children (ages 5 and 7) and my husband joined us later. The backyard was a save haven for the kids to play while I grilled out back. The location was perfect as we could run back and forth for anything we needed and it was nice for my mom to not have to trek all the way from bayside to the beach like we did the year before. Honey N Doc were great hosts and their rental was very clean and spacious inside. A very quiet street too!

Perfect location !

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Clean, updated , well equipped and furnished . One house to the beach was a big bonus . Large covered front porch for dining and relaxing , great outdoor shower with dressing area , central AC , are just a few of the pluses this house possesses. Great neighborhood , very safe and quiet .

Summer vacation

My family and I had a perfect week at 205 E. 20th in Beach Haven!! Everything was SO clean and organized when we arrived. The breeze on the front porch was so amazing - even on the warmest afternoons! The location was perfect; the beach was literally steps away and we were just a short bike ride or walk to Bay Village! We could not have asked for a better week!!

Great stay again!

This is our second time staying at Honey and Doc’s. It’s a perfect location essentially right on the beach. Excellent rental especially if you have kids: way to run back from the beach for bathrooms, snacks, etc. but more importantly the backyard is super kid friendly with lots of apace and toys on those days when a full haul to the beach seems overwhelming. We look forward to our stay here again next year!

Perfect

This is a terrific house right by the beach. The host was fantastic. Helpful and easy to communicate with. Practical and very comfortable layout to the house. Our three year old loved being able to wake up and walk with me right to the beach in the early morning to play in the sand. He also loved backyard, which is really nice. Fully fenced in and equipped with a small plastic pool, toys, plus great seating and picnic table for adults. Location is ideal - steps from the beach on a quiet street with no thru traffic, but less than 3 minutes by car from the main street, restaurants and such. The hosts get everything right. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay with family

Perfect location on the beach! We enjoyed our stay with 2 young children, and were close to everything (restaurants, amusement park, etc). The house was very clean, and the owners were helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend! We hope to come back.

Great family weekend

Our family of 4 had an amazing Mother’s Day weekend. The location can’t be beat! It’s just steps from the beach, so it was a breeze to bring the kids home for meals and bathroom breaks. The house was spotless, with the perfect shore vibe. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. They even prepped the water table in the backyard for our kids. I highly recommend!

Amazing House by the Beach

We’ve stayed at this house twice and have enjoyed it both times. The house is bright, clean and well appointed with everything you need for your vacation. The location is amazing and is only one house from the beach and is a short (walkable or bike) distance from dining and shopping. The backyard is also very large and nice with an outdoor shower, seating, table etc. The owners are very helpful and responsive as well. We would highly recommend this house for your next vacation and can’t say enough about how wonderful it is.

Great stay RIGHT next to the beach
