Beautiful Sunsets!

Our 10 person family (6 adults, 4 children) spent two weeks at your beautiful house in Holgate. It was very well located, just one block to the beach, the bay right outside our door plus a playground nearby for the kids. The house was beautifully decorated and so well thought out. Kitchen was very well equipped and dining area seated 10 people comfortably.... great since we ate most of our meals at the house. Lots of beach equipment provided... chairs, carts, umbrellas. Having the large shower with changing area and outdoor clothes line made life easier with kids and sand. Our favorite area was the back covered porch looking out to the bay...sunsets were so beautiful. We extended our stay to 3 weeks next year. Guess we loved it!Recommended for: Families with Young Children.

Beautiful Home

Everything about this stay was fantastic. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Its a short walk to the beach and has beautiful sunset views on the bay. The outdoor shower was huge and very convenient. I would rent this house ag

Amazing House and Location

Thank you for renting your house to us! Our family vacation got off to the right start when we entered your house - amazing location, spotless home, impeccably decorated and has all the comforts of a beach house. We could not have asked for anything more. One block from the beach, beautiful sunset bay views and super clean (which is one of the most important things to us!). We had plenty of room for our 6 adults and 4 children. The layout of the home is great with all the bedrooms on the first level and the kitchen, dining and living space on the upper level. Kids could go to bed early without hearing noise from upstairs. The washer/dryer on the bedroom level is amazing and the outdoor shower is so big you could have several kids in there! Thank you again and much luck! We will be renting again! I give this house 5 stars!

Amazing Home!

More than the comforts of home make it a great vacation house. Every detail was covered down to self watering plants! We have been going to LBI for more than 20 years and this is by far the best house we have rented. Amazing views from the porch and the roof. The sunset is picture perfect. All the amenities including a kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. Decor is outstanding. Surround sound in the living room. The outside shower is large, clean and convenient. If you have kids, I do recommend putting some of the "breakables" away for the week. Will limit any anxiety. One block away from the beach makes it very convenient and the quiet street and nearby park makes for a family friendly area. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Families with Teenagers

Beach Haven Inlet

Beautiful house. Tastefully decorated. Plenty of room. We had 7 adults - 3 young adults, 3 parents and a grandmother. Bunk bedroom was only one a tad small but no one was in their room that much. Kitchen is great - lots of equipment to cook whatever you want. The views of the bay are wonderful. Could not believe how quiet it is in the Inlet area and yet downtown Beach Haven is 5 minutes away. A wonderful week!Recommended for: Girls Getaway, Age 55+, Families with Teenagers

Perfect home for a larger family getaway

The house was absolutely perfect - it was brand-new, immaculate and tastefully decorated and furnished. You can tell that the owners took alot of care and thought into putting the house together from the small things (plenty of hooks in the bathroom, a hidden clothesline outside, soft close drawers everywhere) to the larger things (awesome outdoor shower, self watering potted plants for beautiful landscaping throughout, enough seating for a large family). Amazing sunset views, tennis court right outside and the beach is only 1 block away. Being near the most southern tip of LBI though you do need to drive or bike to get into the main area of Beach Haven - but for a quiet, extended family getaway like ours it worked great. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this again. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Age 55+, Families with Teenagers.
