The Best— and I mean BEST — beach house!

This house is just perfect! Light-filled, open and airy, spacious (three separate wings each with space for 4-6 people to sleep and separate baths), beautifully decorated, incredible pool with beautifully maintained landscaping and I have to mention also insanely clean... I could go on and on... Loree ensures that the house is stocked with every amenity imaginable— from books, games, mountain bikes - with helmets, basketballs (yep there’s a net in front!), tennis rackets and cans of balls, frisbees and coloring supplies to an incredibly stocked kitchen, a high-end grill with all tools, abundant outdoor seating, lighting and beautiful landscaping ... there is simply everything here. In addition, her meticulous care and incredible attention to detail is like nothing I’ve seen in the 15 years I’ve rented with my family. The lagoon in the back is mesmerizingly serene and the access to the beach (with tags for preferred parking) is literally a one minute drive. I can’t say enough good things. There’s really only one downside — you won’t want to go! Thank you for a fantastic week. We’ll most definitely be back!

A HOME WITH EVERYTHING

Having rented on LBI for about 25 years, this is the 1st review I have ever written.
The home has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. From bikes to kayaks to linens and beach towels to a well stocked kitchen to crayons and paper for my grandson, Loree has thought about everything. The backyard, with the pool and canal, creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The house is set up in such a way as to provide several separate living areas if more than one family is renting. Loree was great to work with and I would recommend this house for a very enjoyable family experience.

Laguna Life

Our week was wonderful at this Lagoon front home! From the time of organizing the booking of the house with Loree and our arrival Loree made everything so easy! She responds right away to emails and texts. The house was very clean and sufficiently supplied with everything you would need for the week! Would rent this house again! Thank you for a great vacation in your home.

Wonderful Vacation

We are finishing up a wonderful week at this vacation home. The house comes with every convenience! Bring your bathing suit and some food for the week and you are done. Plenty of room!! The pool was wonderful to come home to after a day at the nearby beach, we kayaked, we fished. Home owner is very easy to get in touch with and is very responsive to all questions or concerns. Our family would highly recommend this rental.

Fabulous Summer Rental

Our large family enjoyed a wonderful week in this well maintained, well stocked, attractive Loveladies home. We loved it so much that we have committed to a two week rental in July, 2020!!
We have rented several houses in Loveladies. By far, this house tops them all. What is so outstanding is that so many amenities are included! All the linens that you need are included, even beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked. They also provide laundry detergent! The pool is delightful with "toys" provided as well as umbrellas for shade. How could I forget to mention that they have several bikes as well as a kayak. Impressive!
The house itself is very spacious with two very large master bedrooms upstairs and enough bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs for our large family. Another wonderful feature is that the house has two living rooms. That was certainly need with 5 teenagers and two four year olds!
Loree, the owner/manager, was easy to work with and available at a moment's notice. Her goal was to ensure that we had a delightful, enjoyable, memorable stay on Laguna Lane.
I suggest you contact Loree soon about this fabulous home. Available 2020 weekly summer dates won't last long.

Great family getaway house!

My friends and family had an amazing vacation at this house! The kids loved the pool and the lagoon! Catching crabs on the dock was a big hit! There were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and we didn’t feel cramped at all. Everyone had their own space and the common area was so spacious! We loved that the towels and sheets were included in the rental, that was a big plus for us! We would definitely stay at this house again! Loree (the owner) was amazing and so helpful!!

The best home away from home

We have stayed in many vacation homes and this, hands down, was the most welcoming of them all. The home is set up to be able to handle a large group without feeling on top of each other, and the outdoor space is large, usable, and easily accessible. Everything that we needed for the beach and tooling around the island was there, which was perfect for us since we were coming from out of town and couldn't bring the important stuff with us (bikes, fishing poles, kayak, towels, etc.). The kitchen was stocked with all the little stuff that you don't want to buy at the store when you arrive (oil, spices). It was just so thoughtfully done. Can't say enough. We made a lot of great family memories together in this beautiful home.

Excellent house for large group

11 of us (including 4 couples and a baby) stayed in this house for a long weekend while attending a wedding at LBIF. The house is huge with plenty of space to spread out. The bedrooms/bathrooms are split into 3 "wings" providing even more privacy, there are 3 indoor sittings areas, and the back deck is very large as is the pool area, all right on the beautiful bay. We found everything to be clean and in order, and it helped that sheets (already on the bed) and towels were provided.

Loree was so easy to work with before, during, and after our visit. She was quick to respond and help us answer any questions.

We were quite busy with wedding activities throughout the weekend but wished we could have spent even more time in the house! We hope to return one day.

Great Home for large family

We celebrated our 50th anniversary with our three children and their families at 140 Laguna Drive. Love Ladies is the quiet part of the island with less traffic and noise. The home has three master bedrooms, a fourth bedroom appropriate for a couple and several additional bedrooms for children with beds and bunk beds. We comfortably slept 13 (14 maximum). Essentially there were four families each with separate part of the house, wi five bathrooms and lots of privacy and comfort. The pool was perfect for all including an 8 year old who practically lived in the pool. There were adequate umbrellas for lots of shade for the grandparents and parents at the pool plus a dock on the lagoon and we used the double kayak to go into the bay on lots of trips. We also rented stand up paddle boards which all but the grandparents used in the lagoon. The beach was just a short walk or drive (reserved parking for 2 vehicles) away. We had great weather (1 morning of rain out of 10 and the kids were in the pool the afternoon after the rain ended.) The living areas (two) were comfortable as was a screened porch a great place to hang out away from the sun. There are four bikes and lots of boogy boards, beach chairs, pool floats and beach towels. Linens and towels included. The kitchen had good knives and stocked with 2 large refrigerators, olive oil etc, lobster pots and a good drip coffee maker. We used the outdoor gas barbecue. There were sufficient chairs at the dinning room table to seat 13. TVs were in the master bedrooms and living room with cable TV. A wonderful place for a family event and beach vacation meeting all the requirements. The owners are very responsive to any problems or questions that may arise.
