We've been renting this unit for several years now and will continue to return back. It's the perfect location being minutes from the ocean, bay, Acme and Skipper Dipper.
Each year, the owners continue to make small changes that make a big impact. The new kitchen appliances didn't go unnoticed :)
Highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great family vacation location.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is a short walk to the beach, clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped for a beach vacation. The upper deck is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The owner is friendly and responsive and made the booking process easy. We can't wait to come back!

We have stayed in this beach home for 5 summers, four with the previous owner and one with the new owner. We have always enjoyed this upper-floor condo that is so close to the beach, but the little updates such as the keypad front door have made it even better! You do need to bring your own linens, so we used LBI Dreammakers since we travel from several states way to get to the rental. The beach badges are included by the owners for the week, which is a really nice perk! The owners are very responsive and answered a question I had right away while we were there. We'll definitely be back year after year!

This house is exactly what we love in a beach house - great location, clean, spacious yet cozy, private yard and grill, porch, quiet street, enclosed outdoor shower, close to the beach and the store. Thank you for having us!
