Absolutely Perfect!!

This house was absolutely ideal for our family of 5. A quick walk to the beach, bay beach and ice cream gave us easy options with our grade school age children. A light right at the corner made crossing the boulevard quick and easy. Everything is provided, including the use of beach amenities and bikes which made this past vacation the easiest regarding packing in 10 years! The layout of the house was perfect for "after beach" family time and meal prep. We also spent a lot of time in the backyard...again, perfect for gathering the family together. Noise from the boulevard, even during heavy traffic, was barely noticeable. We will definitely rent again!

Family Vacation

Perfect place for a family gathering. We enjoyed our stay. The house had lots of amenities and the fenced-in backyard was a real plus with our 2 year old granddaughter. Jim was always readily available to answer any questions. Many thanks. Kathie & Joe

Beautiful house!

Jim was extremely accommodating and made the rental process simple. The house is beautiful and extremely clean. It has EVERYTHING you could need - umbrellas, beach caddy, towels, etc. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone :)

Great house.

Open floor plan and well stocked home for a family get together . We all had a wonderful time ! Thank you for the welcome bag of goodies and necessities. We loved the burger place, little market and the beach right across the street. Hope to return next year.

Sweet for a Beach Week!

Great house for our family of 5. Location made for easy access to the beach, bay, and local attractions. Clean house with a fenced backyard that came supplied with beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, games, toys, etc. Would rent again!

Enjoyable vacation home

All the amenities were available. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.
We had enjoyable gatherings on the porches.

We had privacy and yet the owner was readily available for questions. Very hospitable and gracious

Beach Stay

Lot’s of amenities. The location is great in terms of beach access, however the house is located on a busy street so factor in street traffic noise. Sunset on the upper deck includes bay view, beautiful. I would have liked to have received the interior a little cleaner. Overall fantastic.

Beach get-away

We loved the house. Very comfortable and welcoming.
The outside area is large with plenty of seating. So nice to be close to the beach (1 block) and the bay (1 block).
Not far from attractions, a short ride.

Excellent Place for an LBI Stay

This is a great place to stay for a getaway to LBI.

Everything in the apartment is relatively new and the space comfortably sleeps 7 people with extra room for one or two more people. The living/dining/kitchen area is great to hang out in and the outdoor space is really nice as well.

You are about a block and a half from the beach and it is a really easy, quick walk. The house has umbrellas, towels and chairs so you don't really have to bring any beach things.

Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place. It is pretty much everything in a beach house you could want. Communication from the owners were great and the check in/check out process was very easy.
