My wife and I really enjoyed our stay on the top unit! It was extremely clean and was exactly what we were looking for. It was only a couple houses away from the beach and just a short drive into Beach Haven. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

My husband, baby and dog spent a week at Matt's spot. The location is perfect - couldn't be much closer to the beach and a short walk from all the action in Beach Haven. The house was perfectly stocked with all you might need, comfortable, clean and cute. The back deck and outdoor area was perfect and where we spent most of our time, the back deck TV was our favorite! There is nothing else we could have needed - from beach chairs to bikes to beach toys for the baby, everything was thought of. Our downstairs neighbors were also awesome. Wouldn't even look at another place if we were going back!

We have stayed at other places in Beach Haven and in LBI and also stayed here in the 1st floor unit a year ago and the 2nd floor unit this past summer. Matt is a motivated owner and keeps this place in very good shape. There are a number of value added features including 8 bikes (and bike locks) adequate for 4 renters each in both units, an ice machine, boogie boards, and good beach chairs. The bike path starting on Liberty is just an awesome feature. The road is peaceful, mostly quiet, relaxing, and a short walk to the beach. Heads up that my youngest daughter (age 9, 4'4" tall) wasn't able to ride the bike because it was just an inch or two too high even with the seat at the lowest setting, but we did bring her bike just in case. AJ's rents bikes anyhow and they are very close. Everything worked properly in the unit and there was no need to call Matt. Having stayed in both the 1st floor and 2nd floor units, I can say that they are both clean and comfortable.

Wife and I stayed for a week. Very well appointed, new, clean and close to everything you need, especially the beach. Backyard is truly an oasis, great place to relax with a cocktail after a day at the beach.

During July 4th week my husband and I (with our dog) stayed in the downstairs unit and our kids and granddaughters stayed upstairs. It was a perfect combination of privacy and togetherness. Matt is a great host, responded quickly to any need or request before and during our stay and checked to make sure all was well when we arrived. 5th house from the beach on a fairly quiet street, short walk to a very nice beach. Some of the beaches are very narrow at high tide, this one never felt crowded. Backyard is special..palm trees in NJ?. Yup. Would definitely rent again. Thanks, Matt!

I had been looking at this property for a few seasons because it takes dogs but it was always booked. We got lucky when another renter canceled and we were finally able to rent it. The back porch and yard are adorable, the location is great, and the apartment was well maintained and had everything we needed. Some places do not even provide enough toilet paper, laundry detergent, or dishwashing detergent but they had everything! Check-out is a little early but you also get to check in much earlier than most rentals for that reason. We held it for next year already.

My family of 4 stayed in the upper unit the week of August 6th. The house is absolutely beautiful and so clean. We enjoyed many evenings on the deck and in the backyard. The owner thought of every detail for a great beach vacation. We will definitely rent this house again.

My family had the opportunity to rent this house (both units) for the last 2 weeks of June. So happy we chose Matt's house!! The outdoor space is wonderful. We have 2 teenage sons and a dog and loved the fenced in back yard for playing games and spending time together. Both the upper and lower units have covered outdoor seating for eating and I personally loved having coffee every morning in the rocking chair on the upper level facing the street. Liberty street is in a great location! It was a quiet street yet was so close to everything we love to do in Beach haven. The beach was a quick 1-minute walk, and the boys loved that Liberty was on a swim beach. The inside was great too...comfortable beds and couches, fully stocked kitchen and TV's both inside and outside. We really could not ask for more. Matt was a great host and always responsive to any questions we encountered. We all agreed it was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had. We look forward to renting again next summer!

I have rented the same home on LBI for years. This year, I needed to rent in June on a first floor with I new owner. I believe Matthew was an angel sent to us as that new owner! His rental was a home, cozy, clean and he was so accessible in the event we had any questions. The yard, omg.. the yard was a mini retreat… 5 stars doesn’t seem to be enough. Thank you Matthew for allow us to share your slice of Heaven for one week. I would of loved to stayed longer….
