GREAT HOME!!!!!

My family and I do at least 1 week in LBI every summer. This summer (2021) we spent Aug 20 to Aug 27 at this beautiful home and it turned out to be one of the best weeks we ever had in LBI! Not only is the home beautiful, spacious and spotless, but it’s in a great location! The island is narrow at this end so, while the home is technically on the ‘bay side’, it’s still a very short walk to the ocean! The home has a gorgeous (and gigantic) balcony off the top floor with views of the bay and sunsets. There’s also a large roof top deck that allows views of the ocean and Atlantic City. Lastly, the owners are extremely accommodating, very kind and truly care that their tenants have a great experience while renting their home (they even dropped off 2 beech chairs mid week because the prior tenant made them aware of an issue with the existing chairs!).
Overall, a truly great LBI rental and hopefully we’ll be back.

Great House

We have stayed here in 2020 and 2021 for 2 weeks each year. House is the perfect fit for my family as we have 9 adults and 4 children under 4. Beach and bay are walking distance, neighborhood is quiet and has great decks for sitting outside. The owner, Josephine, is great to work with and is very accommodating.

Relaxing Family Vacation

My family and I spent a lovely and relaxing week at this well maintained home. We enjoyed the sunsets from all the balconies. All the bedrooms were spacious and the two family rooms were a big plus. Both the indoor and outdoor seating/eating accommodations were perfect. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Relaxing Family Vacation

Amazing home away from home!

We recently stayed at this wonderful property in Holgate and had an incredible time. Josephine was a terrific host and the house had everything we needed for our week at the beach. The house was clean and spacious and just a block from the ocean. We adored the rooftop deck in the evenings. The sunsets were beautiful! The kids enjoyed the small playground, basketball/tennis court and bay beach for shell hunting. Bowker’s is close and has wonderful crumb cake and cheesesteaks. This house is a treasure!

Wonderful stay!

Josephine was a wonderful host. We booked a girls’ trip for a close knit group of family and friends and had a fantastic stay. Josephine provided essential amenities, was easy to work with, and very accommodating. We hope to make our stay at her property a yearly event! We couldn’t be happier!

Wonderful vacation home

Not only is the house beautiful and very comfortable, but the owner (Josephine) did everything to ensure we had a great stay. Josephine was very accommodating and provided us with tons of information before our stay. Upon arrival the house was very clean and even better than the pictures. The decks provide tons of comfortable outdoor space and some of the best views on the island. We highly recommend this vacation home and are already looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect!

We couldn’t have asked for more. The house is beautiful, has tons of space, decks galore including a rooftop one with panoramic water views, and is a 5 minute walk from the beach. Josephine is very responsive and thorough with communications. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation

This house is amazing! Very spacious,immaculate,beautiful decks, amazing large rooftop deck too! The house is close enough to the beach and closer to the bay. We were able to enjoy both! It was a great home for our large family! The extensive deck off the kitchen and living room has a magnificent view of the sunset! And the rooftop deck has beautiful panoramic views! It was a wonderful vacation at the perfect home!

Great House with Gorgeous Sunsets

This is a brand new house, very clean, fully stocked and beautifully decorated. The views from the roof top deck are amazing and we spent every afternoon and evening up there watching the most amazing sunsets. Love the top decks with table and chairs for a large group to eat. Great location in Holgate and only a 1 block walk to the beach. We had a great time and would definitely come back. The owner was so easy to work with, always available and very responsive to any questions or issues.
