Great house-love coming here. Clean house, great heated pool, quiet private beach, relaxing sunsets Everything is perfect!! The owner Mike was quick and professional in answering all of our questions. Loved it so much we just booked our Summer 2021 week.

The property was very clean upon arrival. My family and I were blown away by how accommodating the house was. There was everything needed for a wonderful time - from fishing poles, to pool toys, to kitchen tools; seriously this place had it all. It was a short relaxing walk to a very uncrowded beach. In fact, we found it odd when ONE other person would come down to the beach! The bay side is wonderful as well if you're into sunsets and fishing. And hanging out by the heated pool all day was just as fun. As for communication - all of the communications I've had with Mike were friendly and accommodating, and not to mention, quick. If I had a question, Mike would get right back to me! Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in a clean house in a beautiful neighborhood with uncrowded beaches.

This was our third year here for our annual Guys weekend trip. We are already booked for next year!! The house is beautiful, bright, clean and fully stocked. Steps from the beach and equipped with brand new appliances. We cannot wait to go back! The owner Mike was extremely responsive as soon as I made the booking and continued to answer any questions I had promptly and with helpful answers. I highly recommend this property to anyone!

This house is ideal for families. It is located on a private lane and is steps away from the beach. There were so many characteristics of the house which made it outstanding such as the heated pool, the play space (tables and chairs, a hammock, the ping pong table ) under the raised house. The sleeping quarters are separate which allows some personal space for two groups and the large common spaces of living room, dining area, kitchen and decks allows for socialization when you want it. The owner was very helpful.

The location is great. The house is adequate. Would have reviewed better but the house is in need of a deep cleaning. Also in need of some repairs. Nothing that would ruin a trip but enough to mention.

Just as promised, we love our week at this gorgeous home. We had everything we needed, a quick beach walk, a heated private pool and a well kept home. We will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful time at your lovely home. We especially loved the pool which was enjoyed by all. The owner responded immediately when we had an issue with not having sheets for the sofa bed the sheets were delivered within the hour.
